It’s a good gym overall, however the signing in system is not good; as you have to touch the fob to sign in and if you are few mins late for your class; then it doesn’t mark you in and flashes red... Voir plus

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, always there to help, greeted with a smile. Clean and hygienic, bathrooms and machines always disinfected.

charged me for months not at the gym…
charged me for months not at the gym during the lockdown.
Tried to cancel online, said I had to contact them through telephone or email.
Just got an automated call saying email them and when I emailed them got another automated email saying "thank you for supporting your local club" with no further explanation on how to cancel my membership.

Best gym in the area!
A nice clean gym with a range of equipment! Staff is really polite and helpful. Good vibes overall!! There’s free parking nearby as well and the gym is managed really well in terms of social distancing and the no. of people allowed in at one time.

Staff 5/5 - use of space 3/5
Staff are really lovely so that would be the highest Score.
High volume of back to back classes are an issue. The gym is quite small and areas to be able to focus on anything non equipment is pretty difficult to do with the classes take up the whole space.
Either reduce the number of back to back classes or make additional space

Great local gym
Great local gym. Good quality weights and machines and a well set out layout to comply with social distancing measures. Worth the money and happy to train here.

Great gym/Poor social distancing
Great gym and equipment. However, unfortunately, zero enforcement of social distancing measures within the gym. On several occasions, I have witnessed larger groups of gym goers who were friends taking up a lot of space in the gym with no regard for other gym users, social distancing or hygiene cleaning of their stations. Very unfair to other members. It would be great to see the measures posted on the walls being adhered to.

I train early and whenever I've entered…
I train early and whenever I've entered the gym since joining post lockdown it has been spotless.
It's not only a nice to see an organised cleansed gym in the morning but also you feel reassured the staff/organisation respects the higher level of cleanliness now required at these uncertain times.
I'm a big fan of the booking in system as I feel this gives you accountability to get in and within your time in the gym, there will not be any overcrowding which alleviates any anxiety that one would have post quarantine.
The staff are super polite and always ready to help.

I've only been a member of the Gym for…
I've only been a member of the Gym for a couple of weeks; therefore my comments my be premature. So far so good. Great Gym with Great Equipment. Very compact,
But well organised. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money, considering unlimited access during peak hours.
Having been a member of Energie Fitness for over year, I think its time
to review my time at the gym.
Everything positive I said previously still stands, however, I think that staff should engage with members more.
I think that personal touch really helps. I mean, staff dont really engage
that much, but at the same time, they will phone you if your absent from the gym for some time.

A really nice gym
I really liked Énergie fitness from the moment I requested a visit to view and potentially sign up. The staff there are very helpful, friendly and professional. Once I signed up, the process of booking online (COVID precautions) was really simple and I collected my fob on arrival. The app is really easy to use and has lots of features, there is a good range of equipment, it’s clean and well spaced out. Really impressed with this gym and would recommend.
