It’s a good gym overall, however the signing in system is not good; as you have to touch the fob to sign in and if you are few mins late for your class; then it doesn’t mark you in and flashes red... Voir plus

Great gym
The gym is pretty big and has a lot of equipment, the staff are very nice and helpful. It's a great place to work out and has a friendly environment

I found energie Fitness to be exactly what I wanted from a fitness centre:
1) the size is intimate but with plenty of room to work out.
2) friendly trainers
3) a very competitive monthly subscription
4) and for me, it was local

Hi I've attended the gym for a short…
Hi I've attended the gym for a short while. . However I do feel the difference, with my l body and mind.
I find all the staff really helpful polite and honest. The only crutism I feel, . (30 -45 mins )classes are too short. It would great if gym held Pilates, and extra legs bums time classes.

Hi There,
There are 2 things I do not like:
1-) showers are locked from 9.30 pm. As I attend the venue around 8pm and finish around 9.45pm it is just not convenient not being able to use the shower facilities. I am not sure if this is a management decision or staff using their own initiative in order to complete the cleaning early so they can go on time. In any case it is just not convenient. 2-) I do not like the some of the music played in particular rap songs containing lots of violence etc

Staff in general not very friendly.
On my first day when I joined nobody was keen to to help, I needed to encourage and ask them questions.
Didn’t like that toilets and changing room facilities are all together male/female.

Fantastic experience friendly and fun…
Fantastic experience friendly and fun atmosphere all staff are really friendly and helpful. I fell very supported for all my needs as i have cerebral palsy and all the staff help assist me when ever needed.
