It’s a good gym overall, however the signing in system is not good; as you have to touch the fob to sign in and if you are few mins late for your class; then it doesn’t mark you in and flashes red... Voir plus

nice gym
nice gym, well looked after by stuart and his team. However I decided to leave this month after they decided to make it cheaper for new members and put the prices up for the loyal members that have been there since the launch!

Great gym
Great gym, not the biggest but certainly enough equipment to keep you going! Always clean and tidy and friendly staff especially Zubia and Eddy

This is a great gym and the “Empower Programme” is excellent. The trainers are all passionate, friendly and offer superb advice. It’s a welcoming place to be and the trainers are never too busy to help.

Need improvement
Overall health Club is good, we will be obliged if chingford branch open 24hours if not then at least open till midnight..need push up rack, need biceps equipment, need decline bench press, need triceps equipment, need belly equipment, instead lot of cycles:)
Body building take time to build body
Lifting heavy weight not the key, the key is how correct are you lifting..
One of your staff all time looking here and there looks like members going to steal equipment:-)

I enjoy the exercising at energie…
I enjoy the exercising at energie Fitness the fact you refill your water, you have good cardio equipment and weights have no problem at all.I think in future could have a few different machine cardio equipment that you fit some spaces if possible.

Perfect little gym
Never before was a fan of gyms the ones I've uses before have been way too loud and busy, however at energie fitness, I feel welcome. I go at all different times and it's never too busy. The music is loud enough to create atmosphere but not feel like I'm in a nightclub. Most of the staff are friendly. If you want a quiet gym you can actually workout in then this is a perfect gym for you.

Best Gym in Chingford
Been with Énergie Fitness since it opened in October 2018, this is the longest I’ve committed to staying at a gym and this is simply because the facilities are exactly what I need, the staff are lovely and friendly and my personal trainer is just awesome. Overall I highly recommend Energie Fitness if you want to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals
