Kit always clean and in good condition
Kit always clean and in good condition. Staff friendly and always on hand. Shower/changing room always clean. Just can't understand why people who use the gym sit on equipment and use their smart phones, if they need a break go stand away from the kit.

Énergie Colchester - great friendly gym
Still loving énergie Colchester - I particularly enjoy the classes, lovely PTs and staff who keep things fresh and challenging. Always a friendly atmosphere and staff there to help if you need. Cleaner does a great job throughout gym, changing rooms good, plenty of lockers, good hot showers, and loads of sanitiser and cleaning stuff available. Access to énergie online classes has been really useful, still occasionally dip in for a Zoom class now and then, but nothing beats a trip to the gym 😊

It’s a good gym
It’s a good gym. The staff are great and very helpful and friendly.
The entry system is a real problem. You use your fingerprint and this RARELY works so the staff have to let you in.
I advise you try and go at a quiet time to avoid people blocking the machines sitting on their mobile phones which happens a lot.
But other than that, a nice, small, clean gym.

I have not been at energy fitness for…
I have not been at energy fitness for long. So far it has been a good experience, good range of equipment, Keeping on top of the covid cleaning rules and staff around if needed.

Excellent all round service and thoroughly recommend it
I have recently rejoined and can honestly say I love it and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. It’s friendly, staff are great, it’s clean, has great equipment all at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend it!

I was told there would be staff to help…
I was told there would be staff to help you at all times. every time I went they were standing by their office chatting. I have since cancelled my membership as I hadn’t had an induction and didn’t know how to use the machines. Would not recommend

Decent gym some very rude staff but not…
Decent gym some very rude staff but not all customer service is not the best but the gym has all you need and is quit clean members are generally friendly and respectful of social distancing and cleanliness.
