Professional, well run classes, Gym tired but value for money
The classes are very professional and well run. I enjoy every one I attend for different reasons. The gym is good value for money but equipment often remains faulty for some time before being fixed, and I was disappointed to receive no reply when I pointed out two broken rowing machines once.

Good place to work out
Good place to work out , without steroid body builders , clean , value for money , could do with a few more coat hooks, as you end up having to Chuck your coats on the floor at busy times

Room for improvement
Aggressive, competitive atmosphere fuelled by excessive testosterone. Not the warm, friendly environment of other gyms.
TVs just show same loop video of no more than 60 second length - so repetitive it is mind blowing.
Indifferent staff who don't seem to do much and find it hard to converse for more than 20 seconds.
Music played too loudly such that it can be heard through headphones.

Needs issues addressed
Needs an update. Free weights are dated and need replacing. The money spent on the treadmills and spin area seem pointless.
Never see any of the staff properly cleaning or tidying up and they always seem to be in the office congregating together instead of tidying up the gym floor or even checking that people using the gym are actually members
