Fiesta to Puma handover.
Dean communicated an ETA in advance, and arrived on time. He helped me to transfer my personal possessions from the old car to the new, and took all the relevant photos of both vehicles. The only slight negative was that he seemed in a hurry to leave, and didn’t offer me the chance to check the new car over. Otherwise, it was a good handover.

He drove the car and reported back to the buyers accurately. Unfortunately, the buyers were pressurising me to lower the price. George (agent) argued my case that the car was in excellent condition.
