Excellent service and communication, and very happy with the product - I contacted Marc for help with an urgent request after being let down elsewhere, and he replied immediately, checking stock and sending the item to me as quickly as possible. The item was perfect and arrived in the nick of time.

Ordered a personalised gold leaf vase as an anniversary gift. Arrived very quickly but sadly was damaged. Very impressed that it was replaced immediately with another that arrived the very next day.

2nd time I have ordered form these guys… amazing
2nd time I have ordered form these guys and both times have been amazing service. Ordering is easy, communication and advice is great, shipping and delivery really quick and the products themselves care phenomenal. First wallet ordered has lasted 8 years and the engraving on it still looking immaculate. Would definitely recommend and will be back for future purchases.

Exceptionally quick service
Exceptionally quick service, as this beautiful vase was delivered the following day. I will be buying another one for my friend’s wedding present. It is absolutely stunning and even more precious with a personal message engraved. My sister loves it and has placed it centre piece in her new kitchen.

Very happy with item and service
I ordered a glass vase with an engraved message as a retirement gift. The vase actually looks better than I expected - I'm very happy with it. It arrived well packaged in its box, inside a larger packing box full of foam shapes. I received it a little later than expected because of a delay caused by DPD, but on the whole I was very happy with the speed of dispatch and delivery.
