I've had these brass plaques before for…
I've had these brass plaques before for the passing of my pets. Delivery was quick and quality of product good. Particularly like the engraving being painted on black as makes it stand out better. I even replaced an old one that wasn't painted. Thank you.

Ordered a beautiful vase for my nans 90th birthday, didn’t take long to arrive but I would order within plenty of time, she loved it the quality of the glass and weight was superb, this is the second vase I have brought from this company and had both engraved, very happy.

Dear Elizabeth, your order of the 7th April was as you can see engraved and dispatched straight away with DPD. You then changed the delivery via their app which does cause a slight delay as the parcel has to be re-labelled - they have tried on several occasions to make delivery and I can confirm the tracking below - PLEASE give DPD the 1 star review as we did our job perfectly and the delay was via your change - kind regards Marc
