One of the best companies I worked with!
I am working with Ertech since 2018. Whenever I ordered something, it was delivered or prepared for me for collection, in a timely manner and as promised. In this time, I had just one experience the device was faulty, but the company replaced it straight away. Many thanks to all Ertech staff: Eric, Hugo and Jimmy. They are brilliant and very helpful always.

I have purchased a number of items from Ertech over the last couple of years & always have had a good experience with them. I have had an issue with an hikvision ax pro alarm last week which I purchased from them 2 years ago. I was put in touch with Jimmy who helped me sort the issue over a couple of days. Eric was very helpful and made me feel at ease with my order for my HikVision cameras I was unsure what I needed and he guided me through with all the questions he asked for my property’s needs and he recommended what was good to use.
I would 100 percent recommend using Ertech very helpful and quick would trust them again for security cameras.

I've been dealing with Ertech for years and have never had any issues. I’ve only had 1 faulty camera in all the time I’ve been dealing with Ertech, and Erika has dealt with this issue very efficiently and swiftly. If only all customer service was this good. Highly recommended!
