Poor service and my money was taken - updated
Poor service and my money was taken , despite the ESPA mistake of not fulfilling my order . Not impressed and very angry . When I have had their products I have enjoyed them , I will never order again after my most recent experience . Clarins now always . Thank you Espa for reaching out , you have all the details on my account , as I was furious and took it up with you last week / week before . Plus with my bank . I do not want to waste any more of my time on this dreadful experience .

Amazing value for money! The selection of products is perfect for my needs, with a great variety of ESPA favourites. I placed an order after seeing that ESPA offered 25% off through Blue Light Card. I followed the correct link on the website, but the discount code wouldn’t apply.
I had several live chats with customer services and was given different explanations each time. Eventually, I believe I worked out the issue myself. It appears ESPA applies a lower “loyalty” discount to products in the Blue Light Card section if your email address is linked to a previous order. This loyalty discount then overrides the advertised 25% Blue Light Card discount and cannot be removed.
It seems the only way to get the full 25% discount, unless you’re a new customer, is to use a different email address.
I feel disappointed and cheated out of a discount that was advertised to me. The customer service experience was also very poor, with conflicting information and no clear solution.
