First off the scents! Eternal perfumes smell AMAZING! I love the scents, every single one. They last a long time. I have yet to be disappointed by a scent. I love the feel of the oils. The fact that you can get a 50ml bottle in any scent that you love and get a 30ml for FREE in any scent you want, plus a 3ml sample for FREE in any scent you want is a CRAZY but exciting deal! No other perfume brand offers that. Plus if you send in a review with a photo of you in the photo with your perfume, Eternal emails you a $25 coupon to use with your next purchase. WHAT!!! Yes! You can order another 50ml with a FREE 30ml and a FREE 3 ml and use your $25 coupon. That’s how I grew my entire Eternal Perfume Oils collection. Not
Only are there perfumes amazing, their customer service is super amazing. Sophie is the one that runs their customer service. She definitely gives you 100% of her attention to your details and your needs. Sophie goes way beyond the saying “above and beyond “ she exceeds it. I am certainly a very happy and satisfied customer of Eternal Perfumes. I will be one of their customers FOREVER. As long as they continue to come out with new scents, I will be the first one in line to purchases. There should be more than 5 stars, Eternal and Sophie deserve a 10 star rating.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I’ve placed two orders with this company and I love the smell of the fragrances! However, neither the roller ball nor the dropper from my second order work! When I emailed about the issue, I was told that I could get replacements, but only if I order something else!!!! Their email stated that it wasn’t their intention to make me spend more money, yet no other solution was offered. That folks, is the definition of a SCAM!!!! There are other places to purchase such items and that’s exactly what I’ll be doing! This company is a joke!!

I've purchased 4 or 5 different times and every time has been pleasntly satisfying. Not only do their perfume oils smell like heaven, but their customer service is great!

I am so IN LOVE with the fragrances I have ordered! I’m already on my second order. My top favorite oils are Sweet luxury, Garden Chaos, Fresh & Feminine and Tuberose Bubble Gum! I can’t wait to get Pear pressure in my order next week! Highly recommend buying these oils! They are amazing and the scent last all day.

I received my oils, while they do smell good the scent lasts maybe a 1/2 hour I have tried alone and mixed with a carrier oil, or just used with a lotion nothing works. I have reached out to the company twice and zero response for refund. Very disappointing.

Five stars, hands-down. I’ve always seen this advertised on Instagram and Facebook and pulled the trigger one night. Grabbed all the sense that I thought I would like and got the mystery scent pack. Between customer service, communication and quality of the product, I have nothing bad to say about this product. It’s actually quite amazing and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reason to smell good. I was not paid to create this review and was done on my own accord. If you’re thinking about it, stop and go for it.

I got a 30ml oil that I was not fully satisfied with and I know they have a 30 day refund or return policy, during the exchange process the customer service reps were very helpful and responded very quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely order from the again.

1 Star — Very disappointed

I have to be honest: I’m concerned that some of the overwhelmingly positive online reviews may not accurately reflect the quality of the fragrances I received, because my experience was extremely disappointing.

I ordered the Eternal Value Bundle, which included 6 x 30 ML body oils and 7 mystery fragrances. Unfortunately, the mystery fragrances should have remained a mystery. All seven were unpleasant enough that I ended up throwing them away. They smelled rancid/putrid to me and were so strong and unpleasant that they gave me a headache.

Of the six full-size oils, only four were fragrances I considered wearable: Fresh & Feminine, Garden Chaos, Cherry on Top, and Deep Floral. Unfortunately, Harmony and Havoc and Green Metal were absolute no's for me.

I also understand now why the remaining fragrances were included as samples. The mystery scents I received were Unusual Oud, Coastal Energy, Dark Opulent Masculinity, A Date with Cinnamon, Across the Dunes, Ember Silk, and Aquamarine Revenge, and unfortunately, I disliked all seven.

I realize fragrance is subjective, and not every scent will appeal to every person. However, having 7 out of 7 mystery fragrances be completely unusable for me, along with 2 of the 6 full-size oils being scents I wouldn't wear, made this purchase a major disappointment.

I would not purchase these perfume oils again. Given my experience with this order, I would prefer a refund rather than another replacement or additional fragrances. Very disappointed.

My experience with eternal oils has been feminal. I've placed 3 orders already. Unfortunately in my second order I was not the biggest fan of this scent that I had ordered, They offered to replace it with a scent I wanted for free and also gave me a 30% off my next orde. They were fast sufficient and made me very happy as a customer. So far I have herat, Sunflower lemonade, Cigars and ice cream, I'm waiting on cherry top and secret to come in.
