The actual perfume oil was great, but the experience was awful. The bottle dropper broke within 2 days of receiving, and while that is bad enough, when I emailed to ask for a refund or replacement for the dropper (just the lid) I was ignored twice. On the 3rd attempt to get a response, the only solution I was given - get a secondary dropper on my next order... Safe to say I will not be ordering from this company again, especially since Rebecca didn't even provide any information on how that extra dropper would be claimed? Awful customer service. I've now had to order some bottles with droppers from Amazon to decant the oil into just to use the product...

So… Eternal Perfume Oils. I’m known by my friends and colleagues as “the best smelling man in the room” lol that’s because I take my hygiene and scent presentation very seriously. Not being too strong or obnoxious, but it’s important to me to smell amazing. This Oil is Incredibly Good! It gives you the pure scent without the alcohol fading it away. Once you find the scent that makes you smile, you will never purchase a $400 bottle again. It’s truly that good! My only complaint would be the bottles and stoppers can be a bit wonky, but once they fix that, this will be your only choice in Fragrance. It’s That GOOD! And the Customer Service is Top Tier!!!!!

The reviews are bloated with significant incentive for positive reviews.

Then all emails have been AI slop.

I even got one from the “owner”. It was just AI slop. It’s rather insulting.

Product is meh. It’s like someone who doesn’t understand perfumery googled how to do it. Can some smell ok, sure.

It’s very disingenuous to market these as clones…..they aren’t close. I had 3 different. None were in the ball park.

Dropper broken when arrived , Oud hype is just hype only last 45 minutes, would not suggest it to anyone.

This company and products are amazing and their cs is on point and they offer so many choices on scents and it last for a long time . Its like aroma therapy. Purchased three times now and will continue

This product is legit! I love that it is oil based and it lasts all day. So many compliments on the scents I’ve purchased so far. My recent order showed up damaged and had leak out a quarter of the bottle. I sent pictures of the damaged spout and they immediately sent me a replacement. I couldn’t be happier about how fast they responded and how fast they resolved my issue. Excellent customer service from Ashley at Eternal. Bravo!

First things first: their products are amazing both in quality and value.

When buying any kind of personal scent, there will always be some that just didn't work for you. This is true for eternal as well. But the difference, and this adds to the value greatly, is the company's return policy and fantastic customer service. I had a couple of bumps in the road and not only did they promptly resolve the issues, they went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. I'm not sure how or why, but, I was communicating directly with the owner! He communicated clearly, professionally, and QUICKLY.

Not only did things turn out right with my first order, I have since placed a second one, in which they have included something extra!

I purchased twice and had great customer service. People have to remember this is a small company. Email support may taken24 to 72hrs for a reply. This is normal due to they are doing all the work.I love my oils however, the site does show some oils with a little color tint but when you receive them they are 100% CLEAR. I would suggest maintaining the color tint for your consumers or just say dye free to prevent confusion. Overall I layer my oils with others and I love them.

Package never arrived. Tracking days its lost. Company has zero customer service. Won't reply to emails. Have to file a charge bakc with credit card company. Beware

Pillow Princess gets me stopped anytime I wear it. Cherry on top is heavenly. Customer service is top notch. Sophie is wonderful

Pure perfume oil.
As dupes, they are really well crafted. Neroli Summer is really convincing, and so is Oud Hype.
And definitely pure perfume oil - I have diluted them with perfumer's alcohol for better projection and they mix instantly.

THIS is my absolute FAV perfume oil company! Once I found them I can’t look back ( or sideways, or anywhere else )

The products are phenomenal! I have a few I dont like, just like any perfume house. I do wish they had a LUSH -Like recycle option because I have like 80 empty bottles! But I reuse them as of now.

I do recommend them to anyone & everyone. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m also currently wearing Heiress & Tea Mist.. SO good! I actually have an addiction.

What made my experience great was that I had an amazing customer service. I had an error on my end and they immediately helped me. I enjoy receiving the perfume oils in their amazing package. I have so many that are my favorite like Pear pressure, pink flirt, sweet luxury, pillow, princess, white vanilla, beach, Sunset, romance, and Amber confusion just the name a few. just started my collection and plan to get more .thank you so much Eternal Perfume oils.

The company is a scam .. my product didn’t turn up and when I disputed it they posted my name and address all over social media . DO NOT USE

I received incredible customer service from Jack Taylor today. I have several of the perfume oils at home, which I LOVE! I decided to get the 4 pack set of floral for my daughter's birthday coming up because she loves floral perfume. One of the bottles came in leaking slightly. I couldn't figure out where it was happening from and sent the company an email with pictures. They immediately got back to me to send a replacement out! I appreciate the great customer service so much! Thank you and again, your products are amazing.

I love eternal perfumes. The oils, the prices, the deals and the customer service are top notch. I reached out with a question about a sale going on and care rep Juice Taylor quickly and effectively responded and answered my concern within minutes. I highly recommend them to any one who asks and compliments any of the 22 smells iv bought.

I honestly wish I had listened to the other negative reviews before ordering from Eternal Perfume Oils.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. The communication has been poor, the order process felt messy, and when you’re spending money on fragrance oils you expect at least a basic level of professionalism and customer service.

The product itself did not meet expectations at all. The scent quality was underwhelming and nowhere near what was advertised. It felt cheap and poorly blended rather than a well-crafted fragrance oil.

What made the experience worse was the lack of support when trying to resolve the issue. It felt like once they had the money, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority.

There are far better fragrance oil companies out there that actually value their customers and provide consistent quality. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money and not a company I would recommend or purchase from again.

First of the quality of their products are amazing, but what won me over was the customer service. They were kind and efficient, and they gave me options to tailor to my needs. Customer service is so important and they have gained a forever customer because of it.
