Although it's taken over a month I did finally get most of my order one item was no longer in stock and an other was missing as parcel was damaged but the issue was resolved. I don't think I will re order given how long it took this company to resolve my missing order issue. No goodwill gesture was offered but they did apologize. Feedback to them is if a delivery is reported as not left in safe place provided and missing by customer resolve it with them asap and deal with the delivery company who failed in their job don't keep leaving the customer to chase you. I had ordered dishwasher salt and coffee beans as well as other items I had needed straight away I had to order stuff else and waste alot of my time contacting you!!

I have bought from Ethical Superstore many times and have never been let down. Communication about deliveries is clear and orders are delivered promptly. They have a good selection of eco products including food, clothes, garden and household items. It is interesting just to browse their website.

My first time using this business. I bought a twin pack bokashi bin. Unfortunately the lid from one of the bins is missing. The bokashi bin is completely useless without the lid. I have effectively bought half a product. Customer Services have explained they will ask the supplier to send out a replacement lid, but nothing received so far two weeks later.
I will amend the review when I receive, or don't receive the replacement part for the missing part.

Beware false information.
Under the category "Palm Oil Free Laundry" I thought I'd check with the manufacturer before purchasing "Bower Collective Non-Bio Laundry Liquid". "Team Bower" confirmed in an email to me that palm oil is used in this product. My 2nd choice was "Ecover Delicate Laundry Liquid" which it turns out also uses palm oil in the product.
I look forward to a response from Ethicalsuperstore!

Mostly great but if you order any tinned food it will not be packaged well and will turn up severely dented. Dented tins can expose the food inside to the parts of the tin that can cause food to go off quickly

Ethical Superstore website is one of the clearest and easiest to navigate that I have ever used. They have a great range of the kind of things I am always looking for and want to use. I order regularly and standard delivery is only a few days. It's an excellent service.

The company has a great range of products for sale and I have used them a fair few times for bulk buys of eco-friendly household cleaning items and the the occasional non-perishable food items. Good to know the company's there to help, in preference to the giant online but not specifically ethical companies. I'd give them five stars but their standard delivery time can be slow.

I’ve been using Ethical superstore for a few years now . Having a septic tank means I have to careful what cleaning and laundry products I use and I found just what I needed with this company . Ordering is easy and delivery swift so highly recommend.

Great product - been looking for slippers made from recyclable materials for a while. These fit well, feel comfortable and are nice and light. Arrived quickly as well, great service.

I choose to buy some Palestinian dates and some other zaytoun products and a few other bits. I like the companies ethos and everything came on time in recyclable packaging. Would order from them again.
