Stay away from purchasing on E ticket

I don’t even want to give them them a star! I will never buy from them again. It cost me twice as much buying from eTicket
Then buying from the venue. First time I ever used eTicket and what a rip off $20 processing fee for each ticket then $9 dollars for them to email me the ticket!
it’s insanity.
When they Emailed the tickets
I had to pay $9.00 to print my tickets.
I received my tickets with someone’s else’s name with the same order# same number of tickets but I was charged a $40 service charge and while this other person was charged $6. I paid 4x more the my original amount. While somebody else was charged, they’re taking around which was less than mine and a six dollar service charge..
You tell me is that fair?

Intente comprar los tickets 5 veces me…

Intente comprar los tickets 5 veces me hicieron preguntas de seguridad y me dijieron que las compras fueron canceladas sin sentido tarde mas de 5 horas en todo este proceso de cada hora y al final me quede sin entradas al concierto y me dijieron que si queria que comprara con otra empresa .

DO NOT ORDER FROM ETICKETS!!!!

Could not get the email with our tickets, tried getting help, M.J.-(the only name she would give me) Shift supervisor, was a jerk and a joke! Do not order from them! Wasted $350 on tickets I couldn't use and they REFUSED to be any help! Had to spend another $400 buying new tickets to get into the show!

tried to buy tickets for l1 play off. Great, got on site, however when you go to buy tickets, will the screen stay still so you can select seats. Crap site, can't cope with the amount of people searching.

Terrible customer service, blatantly ignoring my emails

Update: they responded to my first email query eventually. But I attempted to reply to the email with further questions and have been ignored. I reached out to them by the email which they first replied to me 4 times now. I waited a business week in between each email. Their site says they prioritize emails by how close your event is. My event is in three days and I have yet to hear back. The email obviously works and is checked by workers because they responded to my first email.

•Postponement - If an event is postponed until a later date, the all sales final policy will remain in effect. In certain escalated circumstances/customer threatening to chargeback, we will work with the customer to prevent it as needed.

•Cancelled Event - If an event is cancelled, the customer will be given the option to either receive a refund or a voucher for 120% of the purchase price on a future order(s) from the etickets website, helping to ensure the customer will come back to the site for a future purchase without spending additional marketing cost on your part.

my favorite artist was coming then a…

my favorite artist was coming then a month before the concert backed out and i already paid 150$ for 2 tickets and cant get a refund so while this is going on i do not recommend Etickets.ca

Our buyer guarantee provides for a full refund in the unlikely event that you do not receive valid tickets in time to attend the event. Hello Joshua , You will get refund if the event is canceled or the venue has changed. We suggest you to wait longer as we see not updates on Jelly Roll. Its still the april 1st with Tech N9ne, Jelly Roll, King Iso & Maez301 at The Criterion.
