Ther are a few things, your service fee $50 for back section seat is robbery! & you tell me I won’t get my tickets until day before the concert? That is not considerate to your customers that want to plan their every day time out we have to be messing about last minute looking for mobile tickets sent to my email?
WHEN DO I GET MY TICKET? HELLO? I WANT MY TICKET NOW, NOT STRESSING & WAITING UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE WHEN I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?! AND I MISS A SHOW THAT HE DOESN'T COME BACK FOR A YEAR OR 2?

It was really good seats to get at a good price wasn't too bad or horrible can't get any better then floor seats I would recommend this to anyone that can get the chance to get such great seats or are willing too do it.

I let the vendor pick out my seating based on the Price I was willing to pay. Got terrific seats for the money and it was so easy to received the “tickets” and show our “tickets” for our group of 5 and get to our seats. So fast And easy.

I’ve been looking for Justin Bieber tickets, one of my friend suggested me the etickets.ca is a great website to buy a tickets online at better price, The prices were cheap, I can say good compared with others. I have purchased six tickets for the Justin Bieber, And the website has the Promo code listed, after using the promo code it was much better, I have saved $189 approx. After purchasing the tickets I was a bit nervous as the seats were in advance and I am now hoping to get all the seats together with a good view. Later I have called the support services to confirm all the seats will be together or not and they were like all the seats will be together not to worry. I trusted them because I have used their services before the tickets were easy to find and mostly the discounts are good very good and with a reasonable prices..compared to other ticket booking websites so I totally recommend this website to buy the tickets on the way.. Thanks

Terrible customer service. Would not do anything for me even when I found the exact same seats for a significantly better price.

Horrible customer service and astronomical service fees
bought these tickets because ETICKETS.CA was the website listed on Facebook for a concert me and 5 of my friends wanted to buy tickets for. These tickets were 30 dollars more/ticket and the service fee for all 6 tickets was $130.00, which is horrible. I tried to call to see if they would wave the fee and they said no and they i should write a complaint so here i am.
The venue tickets were 30 cheaper per ticket and only had a $8 service fee. So please be forewarned, do NOT use this website for purchasing tickets or at least pay close attention to the very small print of the excessive service fees. i will never use this website again and will advise/warn as many people to do the same. Horrible

Fixed incorrect ‘autocorrect’.
Response: I had submitted 3 requests over the course of a week and continued to get spam. Had it stopped, I wouldn’t have written this. Further, I only used one email address. Lastly, “Reputable” companies have “opt-in” policies / options. “Reputable” companies don’t automatically start spamming you and require further action(s) to stop the harassment.

You might have used two emails: name1[at]domain[dot]com - which is your primary email and name2[at]domain[dot]com which is your secondary email. If you have subscribed for both emails, but unsubscribed only for name2, you will still continue receiving mails on name1. And yet you’d continue thinking you’ve unsubscribed.
Sometimes a single click will unsubscribe you - but there’s a “Subscribe again” option at the bottom. If you click on it (even by mistake), you’re back on the list.
A real spammer will never stop sending spam and if you try to unsubscribe from their system you have just confirmed that you read their spam and they will send you more and maybe even sell your email address to other spammers.

Had no issue while purchasing Calgary Flames tickets for Scotiabank saddledome through etickets. Have purchased 10 tickets for this fall and looking forward to watch. Prices were a bit high but worked well for me thanks to the Promo Discount Codes, listed all over on the event pages. Loved it...

Great promo & Event - Concert in London
Have purchased the tickets to a Concert in London about 3 weeks prior to the event. The tickets were reasonable and have received them quickly, exactly as described. When I need Concert or Sporting event tickets, etickets is where I go first. Loved the promo codes they have listed all over in the listing pages, This is cool, when we already know what your going to pay when looking at the seats. All around had a great experience, never had a bad experience to date...
