Vorsicht!!!
Verlor durch diesen Anbieter 2200 Euro durch falsche Beratung. Startete mit 200 Euro im Handel. Nach 2 Monaten sollte ich 2500 Euro überweisen um in einen Status zu gelangen. Nach 3 Monaten Zugehörikeit überwies ich diese Summe um Chancen nutzen zu können. Ich wurde über die netflix aktie beraten. Der "Account Manager" berichtete mir diese Aktie würde immer mehr an Wert gewinnen. Netflix soll einen guten Status haben und der Manager sicherte mir einen Wertgewinn zu. Tatsächlich verlor diese Aktie nach 3 Tagen an Wert. 1600 Euro verflogen. Mit der Disney Aktie verlor ich 400 Euro. Mit dem Index S&P 500 waren 200 Euro weg und alles durch die falsche Beratung des "Account Managers". In den Telefongesprächen wird nur um den heißen Brei geredet. Keine Begriffserläuterung. Keine genauen Erklärungen wie Traden richtig funktioniert.
Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!!!

Fast schon Telefonterror
Ich bekomme mittlerweile fast täglich mindestens einen Anruf das ich angeblich 5000€ auf einem Konto habe, welches ich zumindest nach meinem Wissen niemals erstellt habe.
Auf ein "Wo log ich mich ein" bekomme ich ein "share your screen and I will show you"
Ja die rufen mich dauernd aus England an, schwafeln mich auf Englisch zu und VERSUCHEN nicht mal zu verifizieren ob ich der bin den Sie meinen.
Mir wird NICHT gesagt WANN ich angeblich das Konto eröffnet habe mit 250€
Mir wird NICHT gesagt WIE ich es eröffnet habe.
Mir wird gesagt "I know you can trust me but I can't trust you so show me your screen, my dear"
Wer weder meine identität verifiziert, noch einfachste Fragen beantwortet, noch irgendwie hilfe leisten will mir aber dauernd was von 5000 € vorschwafelt und mich dann noch dauernd "my dear" nennt, dem vertraue ich weniger als einem Straßenverkäufer der "echte" Markenware zu schleuderpreisen verkauft. Bei letzteren weiß ich zumindest was sache ist.

this company - Europe FX seems to be using the same tactics as other companies in their stable of dodgy companies by using extremely misleading advertisements so to get prospective clients to input contact details with the promise of easy money and some vulnerable clients will hand over cr card details with the promise of quick and easy money, a lot if not all of the positive reviews are from staff members

Telefoon stalking
Nadat ik alle gegevens had doorgegeven, kon ik beginnen met traden.
Hierbij ook duidelijk aangegeven dat dit onbekend gebied is voor mij en dat ik een duidelijke uitleg wilde.
De eerste vraag van mijn contact persoon was "are you willing to put in more money"?
Waarop ik duidelijk maakte dat ik eerst resultaten wilde zien voordat ik meer geld denkt neer te leggen...hierdoor antwoorde hij wat mompelend en zei tegen me dat ik terug gebeld ging worden over de risico's van dit vak.
Ik heb een week niks gehoord en werd met 9 dagen later terug gebeld.
Gelijk vroeg hij mij 2000€ in te zetten omdat er iets groots zou gaan gebeuren...ik heb hem nogmaals duidelijk gemaakt dat ik dat niet ging doen, waarop hij geïrriteerd begon over commissies die hij niet ontving als ik niks ging doen.
Ik heb de man vriendelijk verzocht om op te hangen als hij mij niet kon helpen.
De volgende dag heb ik EuropeFX gemaild dat ik hiermee wilde stoppen en mijn geld terug wilde.
Ik ben hier 3 weken mee bezig geweest.
Op de dag dat ik EuropeFX mailde om te stoppen, heeft mijn telefoon roodgloeiend gestaan van de telefoontjes uit Nederland, Belgie en de UK...allemaal van EuropeFX.
Nogmaals mailcontact gehad met FX hulpcenter met de vraag te stoppen mij te bellen.. volgens FX zijn hun dat niet, maar mijn nummer is privé en alleen mijn ouders hebben mijn mobielle gegevens.
Dit alles is nu zo'n 2 mnd geleden, ik word nog steeds dagelijks gebeld, vrijdag zelfs tot 22:30.
Nog steeds claimt FX dat hun dit niet zijn, maar als je een Nederlands nummer terugbelt, krijg je een antwoordaparaat met...EuropeFX.
Blijkbaar als je niet met FX in zee wilt, word je mobiele nummer overal gedeeld, om je toch over te halen om meer geld in te zetten.
Ik heb ondertussen een nieuw nummer moeten nemen omdat het telefoon gestalk maar NIET stopt.
Nu heb ik de reacties van FX gelezen van hierboven, en ik zit niet te wachten op antwoorden dat FX allerlei trainingen geeft, en hoe trots ze zijn op serviceniveau en investeringen... Zolang u niet bereid bent om meer geld in te leggen, was hun service en trainingen heel ver te zoeken.
Ik zal vanaf nu ook alle telefoonnummers opslaan, en hier aanvullen..meschien dat andere ontevreden mensen hier iets aan hebben want dit telefoon gestalk is echt ontzettend vervelend.

Will bully you into placing dangerous trades, not telling you that they make profit when you lose on your trades - it is not legal to operate this way, their license has been suspended in the UK now because of their dubious practices. Very misleading website - costs of accounts all in Euros, yet if you're in the UK, you need to pay the same in GBP - ???

EuropeFX is een bedrijf dat als broker erg nauw verbonden is met zijn of haar accounthouder.
Ik gaf aan weinig ervaring te hebben in het traden en heb zodoende erg goede uitleg gekregen, wel allemaal in het Engels maar na een paar dagen gaat dat vanzelf makkelijker en dus kon ik het allemaal steeds wat beter begrijpen. Mijn accountmanager Lin is top, erg goede ondersteuning en ze neemt contact op als er ontwikkelingen zijn die belangrijk of gunstig kunnen zijn. Vooraf werd ik gebeld door Jacob om mijn account te activeren, dat verliep vriendelijk en soepel. Nu een paar dagen later is het goed te begrijpen, dank je wel Lin!

Sehr schlechter Broker
Sehr schlechter Broker. Man Zahlt bei STP und ECN doppelt, die Kommission als auch einen riesen Spread was einem so gut wie unmöglich macht vernünftig zu traden geschweige denn gute Profite zu machen auch als Profi. Mein Schwager hat dort die Hälfte seiner Einzahlung verloren auf Rat Neflix zu kaufen, das meiste des Verlusts war dabei die Komission was eine Unverschämtheit ist in meinen Augen. Ich habe es zum Glück mit großer Mühe das Geld wieder reinzuholen in einer Woche und einen kleinen Gewinn zu machen, habe dabei aber viel zu viel drauf gezahlt für die ganzen Gebühren. Minimaler Hebel, zu große Gebühren und Spread ergo sehr schlechter Broker! Finger Weg. Allgemein sollte jeder von deutschen Brokern die Finger lassen da diese viel zu teuer sind und damit absolut gegen einen arbeiten.

I would give this company a zero if I could. I invested and then decided to change my mind. They took the money from my credit card and are refusing to revert the payment regardless of my repeated requests claiming that they can’t which I’m assured by my card issuer is untrue. They want more bank details which on advice I am refusing to do. I have been hassled by numerous phone calls from people purporting to represent them, many of whom have stated my investment amount to be different from what it actually is. One purported representative wanted access to my computer screen. All the hallmarks of a scam - BEWARE
Update - the morning after writing this review, I got direct emails promising to repay the credit card but with no explanation of where they got the details having previously been told by a rep that the details had been deleted. I had tried using the website but with no success as the website asked for bank details yet again. I will await developments.
Update #2 - money has been returned. However I am not altering my review status of EuropeFX. My opinion is that my money has only been returned due to the dealings through TrustPilot to whom I am grateful.

By my opinion: professionally trained scammers!!!!!
Be very careful with this company!! Especially if you are new in the field. I can label them as professionally trained scammers. I have been able to experience they "service". You are good to them until they ask you to deposit money and you do so. Once you stop depositing money you are not important for them. No broker can ask you to deposit even a penny!! Keep it in mind. If they start to do so it is a clear sign that you are dealing with scam. If some broker ask for it, leave them immediately.
They should have recording for every call but these recordings can be lost. They miraculously can recover some recordings which might be useless to you. I am even sure they do not record every phone call. I highly recommend if you talk to them use common sense and record your calls with them. It can be very useful to use these recordings for yourself just to support your case. ;)

I was in the process of signing up with Europefx aka Bitcoinera. They were phoning and emailing me for 2 or 3 days. In fact still are emailing. I changed my mind and emailed saying so, having already transferred money to them. They do not reply, they have my money so job done. DO NOT BE CONNED they are very good at it. Looking at other sites since it looks like they are a scam. Donagh Ireland

Nicht wirklich transparent
Man kümmert sich um den Kunden. Man erklärt ihm die MT4 Trading Platform. Es ist nicht leicht und sehr viel. Die entscheidenden Marker rechts sind winzig und für einen Brillenträger ungeeignet und mit dem grösseren Menüfenster sieht man zwar die Marker aber verliert das Gefühl für das setzen derTake Profit Linie.
Nicht transparent sind die Berechnung der Volumes, die bei jeder Aktie oder Währungspaar unterschiedlich sein können, heißt, Sie wissen nicht von vorneherein, was auf Sie an Risiko zukommt. Das allerdings kann ihr Berater, wenn Sie einen zur Seite haben.
Ich habe noch nie etwas von Gebühren erfahren können. Ich weiß nicht was da an Transaktionsgebühten kommt, was die monatl. Grundgebühr ausmacht und wie lange die Probezeit dauert und was da an Gebühren anfällt. Nicht transparent. nur die Ein - und Auszahlungsgebühren stehen fest.
Und die Auszahlung dauerd bis zu 10 Werktage. Ja, ist ziemlich heiß da in Zypern. Das verstehe ich.

Got off to a really good start
Got off to a really good start. Been with the company approximately 6-8 weeks. Admittedly I was over cautious due to negative experiences in the past. Nice account manager and I accept made a nice profit 1 -2 weeks ago. However since the FCA no longer authorise work with UK residents my relationship with my account manager has come to an abrupt end. Ive not been contacted since. It was nice whilst it lasted. Feeling a little disappointed!

This company are the worst ive ever…
This company are the worst ive ever dealt with, id call them scammers but its more harassment, CONSTANT HARASSMENT.
I decided to trade some 2 years ago, and after a while, it wasn't for me so I withdrew my lodgement. a BARRAGE of calls and demands to know why I was closing my account followed, I ignored them and they went away, until 2 months ago and they're back, calls, 2,3 or 4 times a day, why are you not trading, "I DONT WANT TO" obviously wasn't a good enough answer when i said I don't want to talk to you, he replied and i state "do you not like the sound of my voice" like what the actual f......!! ive reported them to Data protection commissioner as its impossible to close the account unless you follow instructions "from a desktop" which i dont have, and then go on to state that they was no harassment which they claim i consented to due to my opt-in and even after complaints etc i still cant find the opt out button. id advise to stay well clear and go to a trading like tastytrade which im with a while and no such harassment.

2. Click on help on the top right hand corner
3. Click on create New Support Ticket
4. Fill in the form and at the bottom ensuring to choose the Request Type ‘GDPR – Account Removal’
Please note the above can be actioned from any device and once your request has been received, we will close your account in line with GDPR.
