Gute Mitarbeiter-schlechte Buchhaltung
Hatte eigentlich nur gute Erfahrungen mit den Mitarbeitern. Aber schon zweimal ging die Rücküberweisung schief, jetzt beim 3. Versuch warte ich schon fast 3 Wochen auf einen Geldeingang.
Das trübt die eigentlich positive Bilanz doch sehr.

Nach mehreren Telefonaten und Übersenden von Ausweiskopien habe ich letztendlich mein Geld vollständig erhalten. Die Berliner Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr um die Regelung bemüht, das Problem lag anscheinend an der Zyprischen Bank im türkischen Teil von Zypern, das zur Türkei und damit nicht zur EU gehört und nicht den EU-Bankgesetzen unterliegt.

They divulge your personal data
Signed up out of curiosity. "Aggressive" onboarding process via the phone, literally seconds after I submitted my registration on their website. I made my initial deposit and DID NOT start trading yet as I wanted to discuss with my family. We collectively decided to stick to regular investments backed by REAL companies and not Bitcoins. I asked them to close my account immediately, delete my personal data and refund my full deposit. It took them DAYS to process this as they asked me for a lot of personal information including copy of my passport, bank statement etc. They did NOT give me ALL my money back but retained £25 as some sort of commission - which does not make sense since there was no gain made through their company on that initial money, it was just a deposit which was never invested/traded. I am not able to access my account anymore which is good, so they have probably deleted it as I requested. However, I am pretty sure they divulged my personal data to other companies in a similar trade since I keep on getting annoying phone calls from other similar businesses. When I say I never requested their services they say "oh you must have clicked on some advert" - which I have not, since I am not that dumb and know exactly what I am doing on the internet. Be careful with them, it smelled fishy from the beginning and I should have trusted my instincts. Please don't make my same mistake.

I answered to a Canadian weed investment ad on YouTube and as soon as I pressed submit on my details to sign up, I received a call to invest in bitcoin... FIRST red flag. The lady on the call was aggressively trying to speed me up in completing my application... SECOND red flag. I was advised to complete the application right then and there with her, I said I'd like to do it in my own time, there is no rush on my side, but was a definite rush on theirs, as if they didn't want me to think further into the matter... THIRD red flag. I didn't answer her call back, instead, I've opted to complete the application myself and found that they ask for your passport information.... FORTH red flag. So, I do what I always do when I'm unsure, log into trustpilot and read the reviews. There's 50% odd 5 star reviews and 25% odd 1 star reviews.... FIFTH red flag.

1. We work with a variety of 3rd party affiliates and therefore various links will exist that will ultimately provide information on trading. Should there be any misleading links, we urge our clients to provide us with this information so that we can investigate further.
2. Once you have provided your contact details, you are contacted by an agent so that they can assist you further with your application, with no obligations. Of course you have acted correctly in advising that you wish to take your time in researching first before completing and we apologize if the agent seemed to have tried to rush you.
3. Just like all financial firms, we follow the rules of our regulators with extreme strict measures. All clients must be able to provide us with KYC documents if required, clients have the option to skip that step and if KYC documents would have been required, we would have advised accordingly.
4. Unfortunately we cannot comment on the logic behind the reviews you have claimed.
5. We never have and never will share our clients information to any 3rd party company or competitor and there is absolutely no evidence to back the statement made.

They are salesmen on a mission however, they are educational in their persuit. They are punctual and polite but I’m never clear of the ultimate end game. Saying that I’m not sure they ever align their process with the client goal. Ultimately it has to be about personal accountability, their process is addictive, like any addiction it needs us as adults to manage.

ich werde von dieser Firma täglich angerufen, weil ich mal meine Telefonnummer bei einer Registrierung hinterlassen habe und ein Herr Hussein oder so hat heute einfach aufgelegt, als er und das war das Erstaunliche, nach einer Fachfrage von mir, von selber feststellte, dass ich kein Interesse hätte, Kunde zu werden. Und das nach 10 Sekunden.
Wer schult solche Menschen ? Wer schult euren Call Center? Kein Vielen Dank, kein Auf Wiedersehen.
Ein Trauerspiel. Meist sind die Namen der Agents auch frei erfunden- den Typ gibt es im wahren Leben mit diesem Namen nicht- ist auch besser so.
Der grinst einen am Telefon mit seiner aufgesetzten pseudo freundlichen Art derart durch den Hörer an,
dass einem die Sonne aus dem Allerwertesten rauskommt. Alles nur Fake- kein Interesse an einer wahrhaft qualitativ hochwertigen Beratung-und ich war bis dahin nicht mal Kunde. Wo ist der Benefit für mich ?
Die rufen einen echt täglich an. Habe mich Gott sei Dank nie fertig verifiziert.
Herr Hussein wurde als Experte herangezogen- und legte nach 10 Sekunden einfach auf. Die zocken euch nur ab, Leute. Wer braucht solche Drücker am Telefon. Niemals auch nur eine Cent von mir.
Herr Hussein, der lustige Springkreisel, die Damen waren auch nicht viel besser.
Und jetzt kommt bald eine Antwort- ein Standardtext, wetten, und dann sagen sie, bei uns gibt es keine solchen Menschen.... und wie schade doch alles ist.

Would avoid
Would avoid - £12,000 lost. Please look into EuropeFX on the Internet before you even deposit a penny with them. Its impossible to withdraw any money from them all they want is for you to put more and more money in then when you refuse to put anymore in they advise you on a trade that they push you to put on ultimately leaving your margin so low your account closes and you lose everything!

Please note that our clients have full autonomy over their accounts. It's at the sole discretion of our clients if they wish to deposit or withdraw their funds. It is absolutely not impossible to withdraw funds from your account as long as you have enough free margin based on your current open trades
We review all withdrawal requests within 24 hours and once processed, you will receive an automated email confirming this.
We process refunds using the same method as your original deposit. Credit card transactions usually take up to 48 hours once processed, while bank wires can take up to 10 business days.

My Experience With EuropeFX
I opened a Trading account with EuropeFX a couple months back originally just to trade bitcoin as I had traded Forex before and lost a fair bit of money and wanted to try something different. My personal account manager “Claudia” managed to talk me into trading futures amongst a few other things which paid off massively as I made £80k in a couple of weeks I withdrew 60k of my profits and have left the rest to continue trading with.
Altogether I had invest £4600 before coming across some very negative reviews on Trustpilot which scared me to death, stories of people losing hundreds of thousands. These reviews coupled with a very recent death in the family made me feel sick however within 3 days of submitting my withdrawal request I was transferred the full amount that I had requested which was a complete relief for me after reading some of the horror stories associated with EuropeFX. What I would say is yes at the start there can be what feels like a constant badgering by some account managers to deposit more and more money to maintain a healthy free margin which can feel very risky and uncomfortable at times and also other members from their team calling and being overly pushy which can also be overbearing at times especially if you have things going on in other areas of your life.
Overall I am very happy with this company I have made a massive profit (massive for me) with EuropeFX the only reason I gave a 4 star review instead of a 5 star is because of the sometime overwhelming pushiness.

The support of my account manager and…
The support of my account manager and the educational team has been outstanding. I lost a lot of money but on reflection only when I got greedy or made stupid errors. After a harsh learning curve I have come out on the other side and I am now enjoying my trading and really appreciate the frequent chats with my account manager and the one to one sessions with my tutor.
As an aside the webinars are really informative and give a good starting point.

This company do not let you change your…
This company do not let you change your mind. When my financial situation changed and I no longer wished to continue they hounded me with calls every day more than once, were extremely rude and persistent on the phone, would not listen when I asked them to stop calling. They call and argue with me every time I answer and call pre 9am and after 8pm too which is not on. They won't leave me alone and when I told them I'd have to block them they said that wouldn't matter because they had hundreds of numbers they could call from! Outrageous and now I can't get rid of them!!
