Disgusted
I am disgusted with the service we have received.
Evans Halshaw gave us an, online, quote for us to sell our car to them.
We took an eighty mile trip to make the sale.
The car was in the, exact, condition we described but we were shocked and angry, to say the least, when we were offered, almost, 30% less than the original amount.
We are, very, busy people and do not appreciate having our time wasted.
This is not a company we would, ever, recommend using.
It’s, just, a shame we’re unable to award zero stars.

The initial quote given online is just a guided price and a true evaluation can only be given when one of our specialists at the dealership have seen the car at face value and have sent the required information and evidence over to our central price team, who then provide the final offer.
We have a dedicated team that check the offers given to ensure that we are in line with the current market values of similar vehicles.
Our estimates are based on industry guide prices, live market data, and our previous sales history, as well as specific details our sales team discuss regarding the history, specification, and condition of your car.
We do appreciate your feedback, and I will ensure this is fed back to the relevant leadership team.

In all of my 50 years of buying cars
In all of my 50 years of buying cars, I’ve never experienced such a disgusting service. My car was delivered leaking petrol and later discovered had a faulty tyre among other faults. I even made a complaint to Evans Halshaw H/O. Which after 5 weeks in their workshop, was finally returned with the petrol leak fixed. Other work still outstanding| I decided to replace the tyre myself at Kwik Fit, 30 minute job done immediately so at least I could drive it. The sales and service staff gave me all the assurances it would be fixed but in reality they never delivered.
Wish I'd found this Facebook page before buying from them 'evans halshaw's customer service is the worst'

Sold my car after seeing an online advert .. took it to the Blackpool dealership ... received a very competitive quote, not far short of what the online quote was ... there were some minor dents and paint chips so was expecting some money taken off. I was extremely pleased with their valuation which I excepted straight away. It was just short of a grand more than that We Buy Any Car offered !

We very recently bought our daughter a new car ( to her!) and Anthony helped us with everything, he made the part exchange/sale/all the necessary paperwork so easy and stress free for us from start to finish. There was no uncomfortable hard sell only friendly gold standard service, I hope it will not be needed but i hope the aftercare will be as 5* if any problems arise.
