Michael made buying a car super easy! Nothing was too much trouble!
Even a couple of months down the line when a problem popped up on my dash it was sorted under the warranty with no problems!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Can’t diagnose simple faults when there is a pipe hanging off the turbo, can’t find a snapped spring while doing a health check on the car and sent it away ‘safe to drive’ 9 times this garage have sent my car away with more faults than it has gone in with but unfortunately it had to be fixed by them or I would have used anywhere but this garage absolutely terrible. Although the service team who answer the phones and get you booked in have helped me out every time, they obviously don’t fix the cars but I’m sure they could do a better job.

Rebecca at EH looked after my Kuga purchase in a very professional & personable way. I’d bought my previous 7 Ford Focus’s via a friend who worked for main dealer so I was wary to go elsewhere!
But I’d selected the car and Rebecca did the rest very efficiently - thank you EH Burnley 👍

Did have a seatbelt light come on in the Kuga but he got me booked in more or less straight away to have this seen too.

After a recent purchase of an Astra k the car developed an issue with the clutch.I rang Evans Halshaw with regards to the problem and it was passed on to the service department.I was contacted promptly contacted by the service team to take the car to be assessed.The slave cylinder was found to be at fault and my car was booked in for repair.When the repair was done they also replaced the contaminated clutch for me.I was loaned a car while mine was under repair.This was all pain free way and done under warranty.Thank you Evans Halshaw Burnley

Did a diagnostic on the van and couldn't find a problem, so fitted a new part which made no difference
Paid £270 and picked the van up in the same state I brought it in

Recently gained my 3rd car through the company, and can't thank rashawn enough as he went above & beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted, very good customer service and helpful. Always happy to stick with this company for my cars in the future.

My car failed it's MOT. The quote for urgent repairs was nearly £800 pounds with total repairs coming to £2200 no doubt Vat. After a quick Google repair check, the repair cost seemed to be extremely high. I rang the first independent garage near me and they laughed and said they could do my initial urgent repairs for £300 and were they having a laugh.

Make matters worse my back windscreen wiper was damaged during the MOT as I had brought one on line and repaired this the week before. But there was a £12 cost for a new wiper on my repairs list.

After getting the repairs done. I called the garage back to ask for a free/discounted MOT. Which I am entitled to. He didn't know what I was talking about and left me on hold to speak to someone. If offer my a discounted MOT but and this was the icing on the cake. 11 days after my failed MOT which means I couldn't get the discount.

I'm shocked by the service. The lady who took my initial booking was trying to sell the service plan. Telling me things are so expensive at the moment.

Why do you feel like you need to charge so much for repairs. The quote for a new clutch was £900 and when I check this coat online this price was for a large car not my little Kia Venga.

I shall not be coming back to this garage and I will be sharing my experience.

Yes, money is tight. Yes, things have gone up. But charging over double for repairs is questionable.

Used EH Burnley for my last two cars and the staff have always gone out of their way to help and make sure I was happy. Special mention to Mike and Calum.
