The staff I spoke to were polite and very helpful and explained the problems with my car and what needed to be done to solve them. The work was very reasonably priced in my opinion, and my car was ready to pick up on time. Thanks, the car runs great now

From start to finish I was impressed…
From start to finish I was impressed with my experience. I bought the car that I wanted, any issues or questions were answered fully and David the salesman took me out to my new car and showed me all the necessary things for my safe drive home. There was a light on for tyre pressure and car was checked fully before he let me leave the forecourt. Very happy!!

Too slow
On the day service was fine but too slow to get organized. It took a fortnight to repair my screenwashers under warranty. After my initial appointment (!) at a dealer I assumed would have the parts, the onus was on me to call and chase up what the situation was with authorization of the repair and the parts needed. It took a fortnight.
