A service
The booking in process was easy. And i was pleasantly surprised how quickly the actual work was carried out. Olivia explained fully what had been done during the service. I had also requested that a certain issue was looked into. She explained that despite every attempt to put this right, it was a manufacturer problem and nothing further could be done.

Went to pick up my renault arkana today .. the customer service was brilliant can't fault them at all kept me updated on my order and even explained everything on my car ... and bonus the car is brillant and the looks I've had with the colour flamed red are in amazement ... Damaged tyre and unprofessional service.
Sheffield Renault.I purchased a used Renault Captur with only 10k on the clock from Dan who was helpful. During the purchase I noticed an MOT advisory saying the front offside tyre was damaged. Although I asked for this to be replaced for safety reasons the sales manager refused. Also when I picked the car up the tyre pressure warning light came on 5 minutes after picking the car up. All the tyre pressures were low. Very unprofessional and dangerous to allow this to happen. I will not be using this company again.
