After contacting numerous garages who couldn't get me in til middle of June vauxhall Horsforth got me in the very next day. Will who dealt with me kept me informed a.nd they did a great job. I will definitely use Horsforth again

recently bought a new Vauxhall Corsa and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Alistair was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Car collected from my work as arranged for its MOT. It was returned ASAP next day due to a very specific part needing to be ordered. Informed throughout the day on progress and work needing to be done by helpful video made by engineer and other messages - this is particularly helpful as I cannot answer the phone for most of the day. Payment also easy on-line. When you do speak to staff they are very helpful and friendly, whether it is on the phone or in person.

Stay clear of this garage at all costs.

Highly unprofessional throughout. Selling cars that are not fit for purpose and then reselling them before they have even rectified the faults.

They then make you wait an excessive amount of time for your money back

Car was due its first MOT. The appointment was booked in advance. Due to disabilities the garage arranged for my car to be collected from home. I received links with a video of everything checked and the paperwork. I paid the relevant cost and the vehicle was delivered back to me, washed and cleaned too. I have used this garage for many years due to the service they provide. Staff are always helpful, smiling and accommodating.

Will and Debbie on the service desk gave really great service really helpful and very efficient as per usual .Great experience would recommend this dealership every time.

I am a driving Instructor working on a franchise. After recently resigning after many years I now have to purchase my own vehicle. This was a daunting prospect for me. I was apprehensive and needed help.
On entering Evans Halshaw Horsforth, I was made to feel welcome and within a few minutes was sitting down to discuss things.
Max was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke to me like a person rather than a potential customer which was exactly what I needed. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Max was very professional and the whole process was a lot easier than I had anticipated.
After leaving though a few questions came to me as they do, and the following morning I returned with a couple of things I needed to clarify.
This time I was greeted by Sam who I had also met the previous day. He immediately sat down with me, listened to my concerns and took time to reassure me. Again nothing was too much trouble.

I would like to say a big thank you to both Max and Sam for making what I had expected to be a "stressful situation" into an easy one. They are a credit to your company. I was happy to sign up for my new car and will be excited to pick it up very soon.

My car went into the Horsforth branch for mot,service and a repair.unfortunately more repairs were needed but this was explained clearly to me by Debbie and the online video was very helpful too.3 visits were required but the pickup/drop off service was a bonus and appointments were booked at appropriate times for me.all personnel from Debbie to Bob to the mechanics were friendly and professional and my car was returned having had a clean.its a pleasure dealing with the Horsforth team ,Thank you all.
