Amazing one piece with support!
As a 43 year old mom of 4, finding a swimsuit that I feel and look good in is always a huge challenge. I chose the Cassandra one piece and ordered my usual size M (I always go up 1 size in one pieces) I really love the way it fits! It doesn’t dig in to my skin, the style and colors are so chic, and the best part is...it has chest support! I’m a size D so I need underwire and padding and this suit offers both! I’m already looking at which style I can get next!

I ordered the HOPE jumpsuit
I ordered the HOPE jumpsuit - OMG - in love . . It’s fabulous !! Wish I had a wardrobe full of items I love as much as this.
Fabric & finishing is wonderful!
Also I added wrong delivery and customer service amended it immediately for me with no charge.
I’ve actually asked to go on their mailing list!!! Can’t wait to wear it 💜💜💜

Fit and Fabric
Beautiful quality, especially in the swimsuits. Fabric is firm and luxe and flattering but size up if you are not model thin. Silk resort wear is sheer (palazzo pants) so keep that in mind for outings and very delicate.

Due to the firm and supportive nature of our swimwear fabrics, we do agree if you are between sizes to always size up. Our materials are also sustainable and long lasting, meaning they do not lose elasticity.
We use a Silk Georgette and Silk Crepe de Chine, the Georgette is naturally slightly sheer. The Crepe De Chine will only be slightly sheer in white/light based prints. Our new collection that launches in November 2021 uses a slightly heavier Crepe De Chine as well.

Australia delivery
I was a little hesitant ordering from the UK to Australia, but I received my package fully tracked via DHL within the week. The swimmers are AMAZING!! They feel great and look great. I cant wait to wear them.

I find very difficult the return…
I find very difficult the return procedure. Instead of a platform where you can just go to your order and click on the return/exchange button, you have to email the customer care team, then fill in a returns form, then wait for another email for your postal label and if there are any questions or delays on the part of the Eccteam, you have to send emails over and over again. Although the people in the eccteam are very polite and helpful, it is very complicated to return an item and I do not understand why, when everything could be much simpler for the buyer. I hope that in the near future, my review on the return/exchange procedure will be taken into consideration and something be done for it.

We are sorry that you weren't satisfied with our returns service. The need for the returns form to be filled in is so that we can keep track of what is expected back and from which country, this is also to help customers with any delays relating to COVID or customs.
As an independent brand shipping internationally, we are updating our returns process as needed, as we expand. The type of platform you describe to handle your request for international returns is that for a larger retailer. There are many other positives to ordering from us, rather than a large corporation that can offer this kind of returns process in their business model. Including sustainability and a personal approach.
On a positive note we offered you a 20% discount off your first order, shipped to Greece free of charge, by express DHL, arranged your return for you and we are covering the cost of your exchange back to Greece.
We also agreed to an exchange for a completely different style and to cover the postage costs.
