Very easy process from start to finish
Very easy process from start to finish. I was able to tailor my requirements to fit my needs and the premiums were competitive. However, I have never made a claim against my policy.

A good over the phone experience.
Your email(s) asked me to rate the website experience. I didn't use the website, I rang up and spoke to a human being. Human interaction eh, who would have thought it. A far better experience. (I'm old fashioned like that). The customer service I received over the phone from Lee, was very good. He was very helpful and thorough. Overall happy with my experience.

disliked that obtained a quote, but when added more detail to finalise, the cost increased. It would have been useful to know that the initial quote was subject to change for previous claims

Automatic renewal is agreed to when a policy is purchased and can be disabled at any time during the policy term.
We can confirm that a renewal invitation was sent on 3 July 2026, advising of the upcoming renewal and payment, and inviting you to contact us should you wish to discuss your options.
As we did not hear from you before the renewal date, the policy renewed in line with the agreed terms.

I had to cancel one policy and then…
I had to cancel one policy and then start a new policy to reduce the premium. The new policy was instigated while the old policy still had one week to run and I was still doing comparisons with other providers. In the end I spoke to one of your employees who sorted everything for me.
