Sneaky way of them getting an extra admission ticket price
Wanted to take kids ice skating next week...had to create an account. It asked how many tickets I wanted, I selected 3....paid. then checked email and charged too much.
Worked it out that as it's my account they automatically added me on with my name plus the 3 id used the drop down from.
I am not skating just watching.
Emailed and asked for a refund as it was their ridiculous website that's assumed I am going. Refused to refund and offering a credit that I have to queue up for next time.... one, I dont want to queue now you've made me create an account and two) the last time we went skating was about 3 years ago so unlikely to go anytime soon. I have therefore asked they escalate matter as I still want a refund on that one ticket, not heard back.
