Their product is extremely unreliable. My interface unit broke every 3 or so years and you have to pay hundreds to get that repaired. Also they don't have any emergency services so if your unit brokes on Friday night you can't speak to anyone until Monday morning and, depends on their availability, you may be out of hot Water and heating for like a week even in Winter times. What makes it worse is that legally you can't change it or they will sue you, which makes it effectively monopoly. Try to avoid this if you can.

Enviox Ring appears to be a total scam: I ordered one for my son (from a UK website) but he has a whoop, so I tried to return the item: customer services say it has to be returned to china, with a 15% charge! After 10 emails, they have also failed to provide even a China return address. I'm getting a refund from my credit card under a clause 75 claim (>£100) and am reporting them to the consumer ombudsman (probably pointless) as a fraudulent operator.
Next time - ordering this sort of thing through Amazon or Argos or whoever - it's worth the extra £10 it will cost.
Evinox, guys let me tell you something about this company, they have the power to control your heater remotely if you have one of the latest under floor heaters, I’ve got one they turned on while I’m sleeping around 4:00am or earlier, I was shocked I’ve tall my friend and neighbours they said we toes we was going crazy but as soon as you told us we were relief. I am beyond furious with the service provided by Evinox. An engineer attended my property yesterday. His name appears to be Yunus, based on the business card he provided. After his visit, I had hot water for only a few hours, until around 11:00 p.m. on Friday. By Saturday morning, the situation had deteriorated dramatically.
My electricity had tripped. The living room lights were no longer working. Multiple sockets were unusable. There was no hot water whatsoever and the water was freezing. The leak had also returned. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was extremely distressing and created an unsafe living environment.
What is most shocking is the discovery that a piece of kitchen towel had been wrapped around the leaking area. I now understand this was placed there by the Evinox engineer himself, as he asked me for kitchen towel during the visit. I was never informed that there was an active leak. Discovering this afterward was alarming and completely unacceptable.
Attempting to conceal a leak with kitchen towel instead of properly repairing it or reporting it is not merely poor workmanship. It is reckless, dishonest, and profoundly unprofessional. This behaviour put my property and personal safety at risk and could easily have resulted in serious damage or injury.
I have completely lost confidence in Evinox and would strongly warn others to think very carefully before trusting this company with critical systems such as heating, plumbing, and electrics.

We received a service from Yunus. He is an absolutely asset to the company, he is very knowledgeable and professional. On top of that he gave me an information that is very useful and what to look out for in case anything gone funny, as a person who knows absolutely nothing about the system he took his time explaining how the system works, even though it is out of normal working hours! I was lucky he was on the emergency call that day. Thank you once again Yunus!

As someone who doesn’t know absolutely anything about heating, he explained everything really well, answered any questions I had and did a fantastic job so thank you :) I’ve also had many engineers/plumbers entered my home and Yunus was the only one to ask if he should leave his shoes on or off, I thought this was very polite! (especially as someone hates shoes in the house). Evinox should feel proud to have someone like that representing them.

The engineer Filipe was in communication with me before he arrived to keep me informed. He was professional and helpful and replaced the parts straight away. He took the time to explain the problem and also shared with me the report so I could get it sorted. He also cleaned up after himself and so I was really impressed

I had a visit today from Yunus, and I want to highlight how exceptional his service was. After a stressful few days trying to coordinate with Evinox for an emergency callout, he arrived and immediately put me at ease.
He was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout. He explained every step clearly, showed me exactly what was happening, and replaced both the valve and the plate while talking me through the process. He also reassured me that the issue wasn’t my fault and that it wasn’t a major problem, which genuinely helped after the stress of the last few days.
I really appreciated how considerate he was - he worked quietly, didn’t leave any mess behind, and I was able to continue working from home without disruption. Before leaving, he even made sure everything was running smoothly and set the temperature to exactly what I wanted.
Overall, Yunus turned a difficult situation into a calm and positive experience. I’m genuinely grateful for his help and professionalism.

Yunus and Uzair came to repair my meter. They were courteous, skilled, professional and highly efficient - a credit to the company. Not used to such premium service in this area. Couldn’t recommend them and Evinox highly enough.
