This is the second time we have booked with Exceptional Villas, Noreen in the absolute BEST! She is so informative and so helpful to make sure your trip is PERFECT!

Noreen was extremely responsive and well prepared and made our booking and planning a truly fantastic experience. From the initial contact email to the time of our departure, everything was very well organized and all details provided right away. Based on our experience thus far, we'll definitely return to Exceptional Villas.

The Exceptional Villas staff is super attentive, responsive, and patient. The booking process was a breeze and they were helpful with finding outside sources like a cocktail making class and driver. Highly recommend booking with them!

Excellent pre-arrival concierge services! Mary was very communicative about updates to our itinerary and followed up with reminders regularly. I had no worries that everything would be set up and on schedule because of her diligence.

Most of our issues with our villa came once we arrived; we communicated them to our property manager as they arised and they were mostly fixed. The wifi wasn't working and the property manager/staff had to bring in a new router/network for our stay. Wifi was strongest downstairs and practically non-existent once upstairs.

Next, the hot water heater hadn't been turned on for the property, and most of us had to take lukewarm to cold showers that first night. We notified the property manager the next morning and in her response, she indicated the owner had *just* turned on the heater.

When first meeting the property manager, she communicated that if we needed ANYTHING to call or message her on Whatsapp. We decided to schedule our taxis to dining reservations and excursions through her. Friday night, however, she was completely unresponsive, causing us to have to walk 30 minutes to the entrance of the gated community we were staying to hail taxis for our dinner reservation. We ended up being 30 minutes late to dinner as a result and the property manager didn't apologize or have an explanation for her unresponsiveness other than "I was unavailable" when asked about what happened.

A final minor issue was the presence of millipedes on the ground floor, especially at night. We attempted to relocate them outside humanely but they were hard to avoid. We knew to expect a critter every now and then due to the environment, but these were annoying and gross.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience with Exceptional Villas and inconveniences were minor and often quickly resolved.

From the first inquiry about booking with them up to the week of our departure, communication was absolutely wonderful. This is a true 5 star experience when you book through Exceptional Villas. They take care of all reservations from restaurants to the rental car. We will absolutely utilize them in the future as they make taking a vacation very easy. My wife and I could not be happier!

The booking agents were friendly and very responsive to questions but the villa staff really made this a one of a kind experience. Our butler, Kalani Smith, handled everything with ease including customized drink orders and our chef Rhimon was truly a culinary artist. We were really pleased with the service. The ocean was right off our steps, so snorkeling was amazing and the house was beautiful!

What can I say about Exceptional Villas except that our experience to date has been SUPERB! From our initial contact with Paul O'Sullivan who patiently helped guide us through our villa selection process to Elaine Donoghue our villa concierge who has expertly helped us plan every detail of our long awaited trip to Tuscany, we are just thrilled with the Exceptional Villas team. Elaine in particular has been so responsive to our groups needs that I feel like after all these many months of planning that she has become a friend that we would love to have join us on our Tuscany adventure!

Exceptional Villas has again served up an ace with this our most recent family trip to the Dominican Republic. Kudos to Paul, Alannah and Mary – so knowledgeable, so helpful, so hands-on, and so customer-centric oriented. Paul and Alannah helped us find the perfect Villa to suit our family’s requirements, and Mary, our concierge, was simply amazing at helping us plan and arrange a wonderful itinerary and milestone family celebration. The Villa was beautifully appointed, immaculate, spacious, and replete with expansive and comfortable outside seating areas, sun loungers, and relaxing eating spaces for our large family gathering. The large pool, spa, and gym were also wonderful. The home overlooked both the 7th fairway of La Cana and was literally a stone’s throw down the path to a private and serene beach. La Cana Golf and Beach Club was just a 5-minute golf cart ride away and had a beautiful, attended beach, as well as a pool, spa, and restaurants. Exceptional Villas’ onsite Dominican Villa team was exceptional, including our star concierge Malvis and world class chef Israel. Cant wait for our next Exceptional Villa vacation.
