While the property was really nice, with a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, not every amenity promised was actually delivered. The promised combo washer/dryer on the premises did not function correctly. Management offered the use of a machine in another location, but being on vacation, hauling laundry back and forth would have been a huge inconvenience.

Exceptional Villas has replied that the equipment was operating correctly; however, I will state that after MANY attempts, the laundry NEVER came out dry, it was always wet when removed.

The villa was more beautiful than the photos. The floor plan was perfect. Sitting on the porch or balcony was peaceful and had an incredible view. Having a washer and dryer is essential. Pricilla and Mina were friendly, helpful and made the stay easy. Marianne was delightful to plan with for the trip. The airport is the only difficult part of the vacation.....long long lines, inefficient staff and poor air-conditioning.

The Beach Shack was exactly what we were looking for as a honeymoon spot. The villa manager was great and was very helpful suggesting restaurants to try.

The folks at Exceptional Villas were very responsive and great to work with, and our villa, Mary Jane, was even better than advertised. The four master bedrooms were perfect for my family - all having large, nice en-suite bathrooms that don't really appear in the pictures of the villa. All aspects of the villa met or exceeded our expectations. The view from the swim/patio deck, and the villa itself, is spectacular and the beaches were beautiful and private. The housekeepers visit every other day and they did a thorough job. Would definitely not hesitate to work with Exceptional Villas again if the opportunity arises.

Everyone was very polite, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We had a lot of guests to accommodate and Elaine managed it all like a pro. Best concierge service I’ve experienced in a long time. Well done. Thank you.

Our trip to Turks and Caicos's was one of the best vacations we have ever had. This villa was so comfortable, beautiful and they thought of every detail to make our experience fabulous.

The outdoor living was spectacular. The amenities were perfect. Loved the fact that they had extra sun tan lotion, first aid kit items, plenty of towels, beach equipment and more.

In addition, the people we met with at the villa were great and responsive. Couldn't have asked for more.....it was so amazing

Exceptional Villas are fantastic. They have gorgeous villas all over the world. Great website. The people there are so experienced, helpful and responsive and patiently work with you to find the best villa for your needs. They know all the properties really well, and can answer any questions. Once the villa is booked, there is an excellent concierge service, that will organize cooks, villa pre-stocking, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, activities and more. We had to change our plans after making a reservation and Exceptional Villas were so flexible and helpful in allowing us to change the dates. We have used them twice in Antigua and Barbados and recommend whole-heartedly.

Marianne has been nothing but helpful. Excellent follow up and communication at every point along the way.

My initial correspondence with Yvonne was very timely and she answered all my questions regarding our booking. Rowena was our concierge and she was amazing. Everything she recommended and booked for us was a great experience. Our car rental was very nice with the company she booked through. We also had a great experience at all the restaurants she recommended and her advice about things to do on Barbados was very helpful. They even sent us a very detailed itinerary of everything before we left. Rowena always responded right away and once we arrived to Barbados, their team checked in with us right away to make sure we were all set. Our condo was exactly as pictured and very nice. We had no issues with staying at the Glitter Bay Property and they have a very nice beach there.
