Trust worthy cleaning supple company
I have had a account with this company for over a year now and they always deliver on time and have a very good knowledge and stock. if you require something you cant find on their site which will be unusual their customer service is excellent i'm lucky enough to have Paul Robinson as my account manager who will go above and beyond to help.
You will find their prices are very competitive in today's market.
This is a genuine review by a very satisfied corporate customer.

poor communication on delays in stock
poor communication on delays in stock, which resulted in me cancelling part of my order. items then sent express next day to be delivered in a open box. one of the chemicals had come loose so there was spillage. lucky it was furnished cleaner so no stains

Sorry things went wrong with your order. I have looked into the circumstances and it seems that we were let down in the first place by Karcher which delayed your delivery. Then the warehouse in a bid to catch the courier rushed the packing of your chemicals.
We have reviewed things to try to ensure this type of mistake doesn't happen again and I have reminded all of the staff how important it is to communicate with you the customer!
