Express Cleaning Supplies Avis 477

Had a straightforward order placed two weeks ago. The delivery has still not arrived. I phoned to chase the order and was told it would arrive by the end of the day but it did not. No updates given. I will need to chase again. I want a refund.

I suppose to get my delivery week on Wednesday but i had to wait 2 weeks for it so called customers service to get some information which i did and she supposed to let me know Friday and Monday about my delivery will be delivered or not on Wednesday but never got call from them so i had to Chase it

The first order I placed included items that were not consistent in size, although I had not realised this. After placing the order, I received a message asking whether I had realised this. As a result, the order was corrected, and I am very pleased with the level of service that i received.

Have been ordering products from them for my company since 2018. Their great customer service is what keeps me coming back because in rare cases when there is some sort of issue, they will sort it out immediately.

I don't really know how to be more blunt here but, what an absolute shambles of a company, never ever again will I be buying from these.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still I am awating delivery of half of it.
1st there supplier was blamed for sending wrong items, sending broken items etc etc......change supplier!!
A week later I finally received part of the order. Still awating the rest now.
They don't even let you know what's going on, I've had to repeatedly call them to chase up. I can't wait to finally receive the rest and wash my hands of you

I have used this company a lot in the past and would recommend. I have always found them to be helpful, professional and comparatively well priced. They really made an effort to get an order to me in time for some work to be done over a weekend. Excellent service

Would never buy from this company again, bought a Sebo vauuam cleaner from them, I sent the item back as I had my old one repaired. The cleaner was sent back with in a couple of days and the company has charged me £49.81 to restock the item. The item was never opened and sent back in mint condition. This is pure robbery. I will never buy from them. Loan sharks.

Having to pay £32 + VAT for postage to Northern Ireland compared with £8.50 for mainland using royal mail which is the same price throughout the United Kingdom is a rip-off (Royal Mail cost £5.55 and is exempt from VAT). I feel sorry for the Isle of Wight at £42.
