Karcher Center Craigmore Avis 99

"I gave my K4 in for servicing about eight weeks ago. After contacting the service center four or five times, I was informed during the fifth week that some engineers on-site had fixed my machine and it was ready for collection. However, when I went to pick it up, it turned out nothing had been done. The engineers apologized, citing a miscommunication.

Last week, I called again for an update, but they still couldn't confirm when the issue would be resolved because the machine's electrical box had not yet arrived. Honestly, it feels like the parts are being shipped from outer space!

I strongly advise avoiding this store. After so many bad experiences, I’ve decided not to buy Karcher products anymore

Bought a K3 in B&Q, they don’t deal with any issues after 30 days. So re-directed me to Karcher Belfast. Called today, the guys were so helpful from the minute I stepped in to the shop. One even came out to the car and carried the machine in, without me even asking. I asked if they could look at it today as I had travelled 50miles and would really appreciate, if it was a quick fix, if they could do it there and then as it would save me another journey. They asked the service engineer and he said certainly. I left it with them and about 20mins later got a call to say it was good to go, the repair was done. Called back to collect and completed paperwork… the guys were all gentleman, lovely to deal with and provided a great service. Also, I didn’t realise Karcher belfast existed or we could have gone there to purchase our Karcher, as they have the full range of everything Karcher on display and would have been so much more knowledgeable and helpful than B&Q!

My first visit to your centre today in Belfast to have my power washer repaired I was assisted by a young man named Ethan who I have to say was very pleasant, efficient and very professional.
I am delighted with my service and product.

My first experience using this company was excellent from start to finish.Took my Karcher to the centre and Ethan explained professionally the process. Within three hours Russell (engineer) rang me, telling me the issues and how much this would cost, which was very reasonable.
Russell rang me again two hours later and told me that the motor is not working and advised that it would be too expensive to repair. I thanked him and all those involved.
I found them helpful,informative and professional and would recommend this centre for repairs.

Visited this store to get my steamer fixed within 5 mins Thomas had it sorted. The customer service was that good it encouraged me to buy another product. Just shows you don't go by other reviews.

lousy company, lousy delivery
ordered from this bunch on 29 May paid for it immediately, they then give it to their ridiculous delivery agents DPD, who send you an email telling me that they can't deliver it because we are not in interesting as there were three people in the office at that time however as he was trying to deliver it not to my business but to the community centre in the same village difficult for us to be there.
Phoned DPD and Karcher both said it would be re-delivered by 5 o'clock that day of courrse this didn't happen so they are lying, then get another delivery at 5:45 to 6:45 PM and of course nobody at the business because we are in business.
Phoned them and all you get is the usual so-called customer assistance, one of whom keeps asking for your ID numbeer which is in on the invoice when you telling me is not on the iinvoice so you can't given the number is asking for tells you he is going to
Determinate the call, clearly gives you an idea of the level of expertise you're dealing with
phone back and get other people none of whom want to do anything but they can look into it, absolutely hopeless company, hopeless delivery, disgraceful customer service and no interest in dealing with anything

I had a problem with my Karcher washer. I contacted their help desk in England. That was a waste of time. So, I went to Karcher Center Craigmore in Belfast. The young man behind the counter could not have been more helpful. Knowledgeable and pleasant. He had my problem sorted in quick time. This was a very pleasant experience and rewarding experience. Car washed and very happy. Thank you.

They do not answer phones or email.
Help from Karcher does not exist
Karcher asked for more information my statement above is very accurate. They did nothing to help with the problem and took forever to give me a refund, I was not even told they had received my parcel. I stand fully by what I have said, in my opinion do not buy from them. It was a very bad experience

Item arrived (I spent £179 on a jet wash) used it once it broke. Got in contact with them and was told they would get dpd to pick it up which they did however I was then without a jet wash as they had to wait for the old one to arrive back so they could assess it! They then rang told me they fixed it and would send it back out to me. At this point I stated no it should be a new one or a refund! Ended up requesting a refund!

I received the K4 order on 5th August, the item arrived broken, I immediately contacted the Craigmore team and spoke with Thomas. Initially I was told it would be collected, investigated and then I would receive a reconditioned one or a new one, I was not happy to receive a reconditioned one. Thomas has arranged for a new one to be sent out and then collection of the faulty one but that has now happened the other way round and I should get a new one on the 16th august. I feel it has taken too many phone calls and too long for this to be resolved if I do indeed receive the new one on Monday 16th.

Order came on promptly and in good condition. Didn’t give 5 stars only because packaging wasn’t great. Item was sticking out through ripped padded envelope.

Quick delivery, good communication, no problems at all

Purchased an item which said it was in stock!
No info had to email 2 weeks later to see what was happening.
No fault to this site just would have liked a notice to say it was out of stock and when it'll be back.
As advertised quick delivery (when in stock) would use again.

Bought a floor scrubber priced at £1750…
Bought a floor scrubber priced at £1750 that was giving trouble from the start and was told it would have 24months warranty... just over 12 months and used about 25 times if lucky with COVID it went bang. Craigmore totally washed their hands of it and denied telling me it had 24months warranty
