Took my money, items never shipped, company doesn't respond
Placed an order in July, credit card was charged but it's 2.5 months later, and never received product. When I look up my order on their website it says it still hasn't shipped. I've emailed the company multiple times with zero response back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have no idea where the good reviews are coming from.

The cake was really good. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the delivery person was so awful! So unprofessional(no pleasantries/smile just ordered me to put the cake in the fridge immediately) and all these while delivering a birthday cake? That’s ridiculous!

They did not deliver the bouquet and lied
They did not deliver the bouquet and lied. They kept lying about the something that if they were really at the location would have never encountered. Horrible service and someone you should not trust to make your loved one's day special. My loved one's day was ruined because of them.
They never went to the location because they kept asking me about a gate pass which for an individual bungalow is not needed. Also, the google map exact address and recipient name and message was mentioned. The details were provided 2 days in advance and no one told me anything missing when I paid the money. The person messaging me on the day kept asking me for a gate pass, said the security did not allow them and then said the name was missing and the message is missing. These messages by the way came after the expected delivery time. I would not trust them if they can't accept there was a screwup.
Happy to share all the chats and messages from your support too.
Also, I would not share the number of the recipient whom I want to surprise with the gift. I hope everyone understands what surprise gifts are for.

Hi there! We did receive your order, however, your order was incomplete with a basic address and it is the basic responsibility of the customer to share the receiver's phone number. Without the phone number, we cannot deliver any Gifts for the reason of ensuring the Gifts are delivered at the right location.
When my team, reached out to you, there was a delayed response from your end due to the timezone and you didn't share the information after requesting for it. Our delivery person went to the location and he couldn't find the house in the area. We cannot predict which house belongs to the recipient and we don't have the ability to guess and deliver the Gifts :)
Our team has already informed to share the receiver's phone number while taking your order, however, you denied our request and bypassed it by providing a USA phone number only. Let us know if you wish to access the chat history here, happy to publish them.
I would encourage you to please share detailed addresses and phone numbers when placing online orders. I see my team has issued a full refund on your order (though not our mistake) As per the website policy, for the incomplete address and details we are not responsible for the order and refund, we made a one-time exception for you and issued a full refund. I am sure, next time, you will be providing complete details, I hope you will adhere to the policies of the website by providing complete information.
