NEVER trust this company
I would NEVER trust this company. Every single time I ordered from them the alcohol was missing from the order that was delivered. Good thing I checked both times. I decided to attempt a third order and yet again there was a problem. I would highly suggest anyone either don’t use this company OR check once it’s been delivered. You may pay a lot for something that the receiver does not even get. Maybe they are scamming the client OR delivery drivers taking the alcohol hoping no one notices. Something is up!!

The flowers were lovely but…
The flowers were lovely but the bear we received was more of valentine bear (holding a heart that said “I love you”) instead of a bear for the new baby. The ones we chose were specifically named as “New Baby” so we certainly didn’t expect that. The bear didn’t have to be exactly like the picture but I think it should be more appropriate. That was disappointing

Beautiful gift sent to a dear friend...
Placing an order from nearly 5000 miles away in London (UK), I was a little concerned that my friend in Vancouver might not receive an item of the quality I was hoping for. However, I need not have been worried. The order was delivered on the day I requested. The container of succulents was healthy and beautifully presented; the macarons were, according to my friend, delicious and not sickly-sweet! I am so glad I took a chance ordering with Vancouver Blooms and would not hesitate to do so again. Thank you!

I was so very disappointed that the succulent planter that I had ordered didn’t remotely resemble what was delivered. This was not a same day order, from the time of the order to delivery was six days. When it became apparent that what I ordered was not available, I feel that I should have been contacted and been given other options, perhaps to upgrade my selection. I had ordered the original planter as the plants in it had special meaning to the recipients.

While we do have a substitution policy in place to ensure timely delivery—especially when specific plants may be out of stock or not meeting our quality standards—we understand that for an order placed six days in advance, a proactive reach-out would have been much more appropriate. We completely recognize that certain plants carry special meaning, and we regret that we didn't give you the opportunity to discuss alternatives or an upgrade.
Your experience is not reflective of the service we aim to provide. We are currently reviewing this with our design team to ensure better communication regarding pre-orders in the future.

My son ordered a delivery of fresh flowers for my birthday and they were so disappointing. While the quantity was good, the quality was horrible. When delivered the roses were all brown inside and the rest were all wilted and old. Looked like they had been out of water for a long time. I would never use this florist again. Sad.

It was fast and efficient. I ordered at 10:30 and the flowers made their delivery around 2pm. The price for the what was received was outstanding, the flowers were gorgeous.
