Flowers are in such bad quality
The flowers were not fresh at all when it was delivered to my house. I was gifted pink roses in a box but one flower had brown specks on the leaves and most of the other flowers had the surface leaves starting the brown. I tried to understand because the weather is hot and picked out the bad petals. Despite watering them, they progressively got worse and 3 days later after I received them, most petals turned brown and all the petals fell before I even got to preserve them; which I had to just throw all of them away. Super disappointed, I’ve never seen such bad quality flowers as this. Local grocery shops have better quality than the roses I received

I would not use Vancouver Blooms again…
I would not use Vancouver Blooms again after this experience.
I spent over $200 on a birthday delivery of flowers, champagne and chocolates. The delivery was not completed because the driver apparently attempted to call the recipient twice and received no answer. However, we have the phone records at our end and there were no incoming or missed calls. I was also with the recipient at the time.
The company advised that the driver did not consider it safe to leave the order. While I appreciate that drivers need to use their discretion, there is a porch area outside the building where the delivery could have been left. More frustratingly, I had placed another order with the same company only around two weeks earlier, which was delivered to exactly the same address without issue and was left at the door when the recipient was not home.
I was then told I would need to pay an additional $60 to have the order redelivered. Given what had already happened, I was certainly not prepared to pay another $60 with no confidence that the same thing would not happen again.
The company eventually offered a partial refund, meaning I am still approximately $100 out of pocket, have received absolutely nothing for that money and, most importantly, my friend was left without their birthday gift.
Having now looked at other reviews, I can see that problems with failed deliveries and the subsequent handling of them appear to be a recurring theme. This is particularly unacceptable given the price point. When customers are spending this amount of money on gifts for important occasions, there should be a much more reliable delivery process and a reasonable resolution when something goes wrong.
Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend or use this company again.

My friend ordered flowers & champagne for my 40th Birthday as a surprise.
I missed call from the delivery but called the number back within two minutes. I called 5 times but no answers. The voicemail said flowers and that was it.
When I got the details from my friend of the name of the flower shop, I called the company, I was told I’d have to pay full price to reorder! I said I’ll pick up in Surrey a 40 minute drive from my home from their warehouse and was told no, flowers have been destroyed! What about the champagne ?? Never ever will I order or recommend this company. Who calls once for a delivery and then seen my number call back five times two minutes later and won’t answer.
It was so disappointing. The customer service guy was so rude and couldn’t care less.

Poor quality items…stick to flowers
Sadly the item I ordered was extremely poor quality. I ordered champagne glasses champagne and chocolates which came to around $120 with delivery and taxes. The chocolates had a bloom on them as if they were somewhere hot them cold. The glasses were as thick as a vase. I have seen better quality glasses in a discount store. When I complained I was told no compensation would be given as it was a matter of preference. I didn't ask for compensation i was hoping for better quality replacement products. They told me it was a matter of choice I did agree I had a choice and my choice will be to support a different business in future, which is a shame as a oreviius purchase was very good quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly avoid at all costs. We paid €100 to get flowers, wine and chocolates delivered to our friend for her engagement. Every other delivery provider can deliver straight to her door without even calling her. This one, however, tried the buzzer once and cancelled the order. We then had to pay €30 extra to get it redelivered. I phoned to give them her phone number twice so they could call her. I also emailed the number to the company. Then I accidentally emailed again and wrote the number down as the Vancouver blooms number. So when they went to deliver round two they rang THEMSELVES and abandoned the order. The customer service was sooo bad and unhelpful. She said we would have to pay to try redelivery again and no remorse or anything. So then we offered to collect the flowers. That’s not an option. I just got a refund of €50 instead of trying again because they are so useless. So infuriating and such a waste of time and money. Such bad customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.
I really don’t want a generic reply from Vancouver Blooms unless you are going to offer me a full refund please don’t bother replying. Thanks

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever , three times on the phone with them and said it would be delivered before 5pm to a business and driver called after 5 asking to deliver for 5:15pm when she is done at work. And said they will do a partial refund for the inconvenience when asked instead of honouring the time they told me. Or coming up with another resolution and to deliver the flower again they asked me to pay the delivery fee again.
