Shocking service
I ordered a JLR Defender back in November 2024, when I ordered it I paid an administration fee of £245.00 plus vat, I was told it would be 6 months to build the car, in March I was told there was a delay until September. I accepted this, on the 23rd of July 2025 I was told JLR have stopped making this model, the price would go up and I would have to wait until 2026 for the vehicle but could still not advise on how much it was going to be and when, I informed my contact I wanted a refund, I was told the administration fee was non refundable as they had carried out work on this but I could cancel the lease agreement! this is not acceptable, they have not full filled the contract, they think they have! don't pay the administration fee!

Dear Mr Smith, I have been responding to you today and we have logged a complaint internally today. This is a JLR Jaguar Landrover industry wide issue whereby THEY have ceased production and changed model year and increased the price. We state on our orders that Landrover do not price protect. We made one error on the update on the 14th May with an ETA that we corrected within the hour to confirm that the vehicle was still in the holding pool waiting allocation. You are told at the beginning of the process the administration fee is not refundable. You signed to say you agreed and accepted this. We are just as frustrated as you are. We are not paid until approximately a month after delivery. It costs us money the longer the vehicle is on order. I have emailed you continually today trying to come up with a resolution. I completely understand your frustration and it is your right to post a review. We hope to be able to come up with a resolution for you that is acceptable. Thank you Carmel Rouse Director and owner.

I just want to thank EVC for their excellent service. Having never leased before it was a bit of a culture change from the PCP and purchase environment I have been used to.
This was a much more pleasant way to get a car. I was contacted regularly and kept informed of the progress from order to delivery at my home at a date of my choosing. thanks in particular to Ryan Bains and Harry Adams

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Ryan and Harry at Express Vehicle Contracts made the whole process completely hassle free. They ordered my car, kept me fully updated, and were always available to answer any questions- nothing was ever too much trouble.
I was thrilled to receive the car earlier than planned, and the delivery was quick and easy! What really stands out is their ongoing support, any time I’ve had a concern, I’ve been able to call them and they’ve looked into it and got back to me straight away.

Very Easy Process
This is the first time I have used Express Vehicle Contracts and I have been very impressed with every aspect of them arranging my lease. Dan was fantastic answering lots of questions I had initially, he was very patient and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Ryan kept me regularly informed with delivery dates and helped me to get organised with relevant paperwork when my car arrived slightly early, much to my delight!
I will definitely use them again in a couple of years time and have had no hesitation recommending them to friends. Thanks guys!
