Very Professional & Empathetic
Extended Stay on 2237 Powers Ferry Road, Marietta, GA. I will give them a 4 star, clean sheets, quiet, safe and peaceful location, but because of a very kind and helpful staff (Candace), I will give them a 6 star if possible. She went out of her way to de-escalate a situation that would have caused a lot of misunderstanding. She helped me resolve my billing issue. Very nice, helpful, considerate of customers need.
