Extremely Helpful
Extremely helpful with an enquiry I had about trying to track down a buddy switch for my non standard call centre telephone.
Having previously been to Maplin with my enquiry and advised incorrectly resulting in an incorrect purchase, I was pleasantly surprised that Extera were able to help my over the phone with and were extremely knowledgeable. Super quick delivery.
Would highly recommend and will be using again.

Quick delivery, excellent customer service
I order my item around 4 pm, next day my item arrived, I had to return the item because I ordered wrong item. There was no problem company refunded my money within 5 days. I ordered the right item but couldn't set it up, Technical service was very helpfull and patient with me.

Exemplary customer service & correct dealing
Unfortunately - [neither their fault or mine] - the equipment I had purchased turned out to be incompatible with my existing set-up. The company agreed to refund me, courteously, with no quibbling whatsoever.
Their customer service is generally exemplary, with Ms Kerin Ingman deserving of special mention - attentive, helpful and pleasant.
