Scam Company
Ordered a garment item that claimed to be an adult large, from the sizing chart offered. What came was a child's large, if that.
When I asked to exchange for a larger size, which they claimed they offered, I was told that I would be required to pay a restocking fee, shipping fee, and I would only receive a partial in-store credit. They wouldnt even send me a replacement without having to order a second time.
The website and brochure is full of fake AI images and bad photoshop. This company is a cleverly disguised scam. I will never shop here again.
Untrustworthy delivery
They wouldn’t take accountability over their mistake when failing to deliver my package and made me pay the delivery fees all over again.

Buyer Beware: A dumping ground for unlisted "dead" inventory
I purchased two X-Large Mystery Boxes (male/female)hoping to discover a variety of items from their current catalog. Instead, I was shipped a consolidated box consisting almost entirely of unlisted inventory and clearance items with zero sales history. Several of the items received yield "0 results" when you search for them on this very website. This makes the advertised "$160 Value" completely unverifiable. It is very clear that this "Mystery Box" is being used to offload discontinued dead stock that they can no longer sell.
To make matters worse, their return policy is a trap. When I contacted support about the unlisted items not matching the advertised brand value, they refused to provide a prepaid return label. Because they packed everything into one oversized carton, the retail shipping cost to return their "dead stock" was over $50 out of my own pocket. Management's final offer was to either pay the $50 return shipping penalty or accept a 40% store credit and keep the unlisted items I didn't want.
Do not buy this. If you want something from this site, buy the exact item. The Mystery Box is not a fun gamble; it's a clearance bin with a punitive return policy.

I ordered a package of five or six things and paid extra to have the package arrive in 3-5 days before going away on a trip over the holidays with my partner. It has been a month and a half now and I still have not received my package. The company has not helped me much at all with me constantly digging to find out what’s happened to it. I even received a dry email which almost accused me of doing something wrong like the reason I didn’t get my package was my fault. Honestly, the company’s customer service is pathetic. Finally the package went back to the company and they are only offering to resend it or store credit and they will not refund my money. I live in Canada so store credit means nothing to me as If have to go to LA so there is only one option to resend it and why would I think it would ever get to me? It’s been a long time that I’ve been treated so shabbily. Stay clear of this company!

Have used this site for over a decade now and items have always been as described and of good quality. Never had any issues with orders and shipping was quick. Have always had helpful customer service whenever needing to adjust an order or correct something on one.

Terribly unhelpful robotic service for a faulty product that they’d only refund if I sent proof via video of the item not working - despite numerous occasions of me confirming that it cuts out during use therefore a wildly inappropriate request. After pointing this out to them - they then asked me to demonstrate with my hands - completely violating. Alternative was to pay international postage out of my own pocket to get just my original payment back. So now I’m left with a broken product and almost $200 down. DO NOT USE

Avoid this company specially if buying from australia. They stuffed up my invoice and my items got delayed for weeks there was no way to get in contact with them either as they disabled there call lines. Not to mention i got hit with and extra 400 dollars of charges once it got in the country.

30 Days warranty is a joke. I don't care what sort of archaic country you operate from. You sold to UK with shipping taking a week out of your 30 days, I tried the toy once, tried again later but didn't use it for more than few minutes.
Finally decided to give it a go not even 2 months after and it's faulty. Great, I spent £115 on something which doesn't work. I contacted their support and they offered me generic 20% off code that's available by simply visiting the website...
Awful customer service, awful "warranty". I'm disgusted with such business practices, hell, I had 10x better service out of China.
