took my car for a mot and an oil and filter change very friendly staff and they are very experienced in what they do. Andy who did the mot was very polite and if I asked any questions he was very happy to answer any questions I had. My car has specialist oil I asked if that was the oil they would be putting in and they said we use what the manufacturer states which put my mind at rest as they did show me the oil they used on my car. the manager was very helpful and very polite. I would recommend this garage to everyone

Very friendly. Amazing services. Dwaine was very helpful and went above and beyond for my car. The mechanic Brendan who did the work was so helpful with describing what was wrong and helped me understand without fobbing me of. 100% recommend for anyone that has car problems.

Tried to get an extra £70 out of me on the day for my car’s service. Apparently I never informed them that it’s a hybrid (despite my invoice clearly stating that it’s a MHEV vehicle). I queried this with customer services. Apparently there’s some special convoluted way of booking a hybrid service (which, when I checked my car reg no by following this new process, still came out at exactly the same price, plus £25 extra for specialist oil).

Be very, very wary of using this firm for a hybrid car. I will not be returning here in the future due to the lack of transparency on the website.

Paid for a full service. The day after I checked the oil in my car and they clearly hadn't changed it, it was filthy, clearly just topped it up. The coolant was almost empty (they said there was oil in it, fair enough, but they didn't bother to top it up at all). I had ran out of screen wash when I took it to them, it was still empty after the 'full service'. They are either dishonest or completely incompetent! Avoid at all costs.

Park Road have been absolutely amazing , after a blip with having some tyres delivered , they gonr absolutely above and beyond for me , nothing was to much for the manager or lads to make sure I was back safe on the road , truly grateful for all your hard work keep it up guys , and thank you again

Had a problem with a recently purchased car pulling to the left. The team at F1 were very helpful in identifying the cause. Friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable pricing, would highly recommend and will be returning!

Had my car in with the Chesterfield centre branch for a new clutch they got on it straight away and even stayed past opening hours to get it done for me. Also check the car over and showed me bits that needs doing and got me a quote there and there excellent work and all staff where happy to help and friendly

Excellent service on the day. Two new and two used tyres fitted and balanced in under 90 mins. Always receive prompt efficient service at Chesterfield. Also received a quick price refund on a pricing query on line.

My MK5 Golf needed the air con re gassing, I phoned late morning to be told it could be done at 1230 that day, I went round and dropped it off at 1230, Andy said it would take an hour to complete, I went shopping, returned at 1.30pm to find my car ready. No fuss, no hassle, great service, big thumbs up for Andy and his team, I shall return in a week or so for my VW's MOT. Excellent service.

Very disappointed to arrive at my appointment this morning at the Chesterfield (Park Road) branch only to be told that the site doesn't deal with the newer type of aircon gas.

This was after you have the VRM for the car (including make, model and year) together with verbally confirming the appointment with the branch manager (prior to payment) who never thought to ask what gas it was.

Utterly shambolic, with a couldn't care less attitude on site with relation to refunding my payment that is still outstanding

Internet sales are terrible, ordered tyres through price promise. When fitted at the branch they were the incorrect tyres.
Rang customer services on the Monday to complain to be told no tyres in stock and would issue a refund, which would take 3-5 working days!!!!.
Wasted so much time going back and forth trying to resolve this issue, even sent an email complaining to the regional manager, who so far hasn't bothered to respond. Unprofessional set up.
I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
