Formula One Autocentres - Clacton on Sea Avis 

Not once but twice now I've booked through your website and both times I've gone along to drop my car off, once for MOT this January and just now for my Aircon unit to be fixed and without phoning me of letting me know they have cancelled my appointments discusting how you treat your customers at your Clacton on sea branch.

the staff were great and service was excellent, easy to book online and tyre was replaced on time
Had a minor issue afterwards but manager cleared it up straight away, would highly recommend and will be using them again

We needed a puncture repair done quite quickly so called the Clacton branch. A young man called Jordan answered and booked us in for the next day. Our experience was second to none and would highly recommend them. The staff were polite, very helpful and couldn't do enough to help.

MOT AND free winter check little Clacton, friendly reception and met the MOT examiner, all done within an hour, excellent staff abd honest trustworthy MOT, 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I booked in my VW Passat for a full service online and took the vehicle to the Clacton centre in April. In June I noticed a tinny sound when I started the vehicle like metal on metal, so I decided to check the oil level and to my surprise there was hardly any oil in the engine. I called the centre and they told me they had definitely changed the oil and that I must have an oil leak. I checked my vehicle, no warning lights and no visible oil leak. I decided to fill the engine with Castrol magnatec to the correct level and since then I haven't had any issues and it's now November, the car is running perfectly. I don't believe they changed the oil and still charged me for it, they're is no other explanation.

Went into the centre with a flat tyre this morning and as usual always busy. Left my car with them and picked it up after work. Tyre sorted. Excellent service as always and staff so polite. Highly recommended Formula One in Clacton.

Absolutely fuming with this company in Clacton. Booked in yesterday for a Tyre change , booked and paid online. They call me this morning to say they can’t take the booking they are to busy. I currently can’t drive the car due to a puncture, need it for work tomorrow and obviously now can’t get another appointment anywhere else. When I complained the guy had the nerve to tell me that I was terrible for complaining, it wasn’t his problem etc. Don’t accept bookings online and take payment if you can’t provide a service. Do not reply on this company they will let you down!

Had a service today at the Clacton on sea store. Brandon was great. Answered all of my many questions and explained just exactly what he had done to the vehicle, just very helpful and knowledgeable and was happy leaving and felt the car had been in good hands.

I have been to this service 3 times recently. Each time, I was very satisfied with the service and the price. Especially the manager Mr. Jordan is helpful, friendly, cheerful, and very nice. I recommend FORMULA ONE AUTOCENTRES to everyone.

I've recently started using Formula One Auto-centre in Clacton and I have been impressed with the friendly service and communication.
All the team seem to work well together and Jordan in particular has been very helpful.

I have used Formula One in Clacton-on-Sea for a couple of years and I've found them to be helpful, informative and honest, reasonably priced and generous, their after sales service is second to none.

I recently had the car in for its MOT here and it had a few issues to sort out. The guys went above and beyond to fix the car and succeeded in getting it passed. I can't thank them enough for their efforts, friendliness and professionalism. Thank you, especially to Evra and Jordan.

Going to car garages can be very intimidating, however here I was treated with respect and transparency. I was taken into the garage and shown where the problem on my car was and shown what would be done to it, which made me feel incredibly at ease. The pricing is incredibly fair and you do not feel pressured to pay an upcharge or feel as if you’ve been ripped off. Will definitely be going back for my MOT and service this year.

Needing two new tyres, I booked and paid online which was a very easy process. On arriving at the garage I was served by the Manager who was friendly, efficient and easy to talk to. Tyres fitted within 45 minutes and there was no pressured upselling. Fantastic customer service, great experience and would definitely recommend.

Jordan the new manager was so welcoming, as in recent visits I found previous manager arrogant and rude,wich made me choose other garages,I thought I'd try again as I heard it was better.and sure enough it is so much more efficient. And staff very friendly.
