Team kept me informed of the timing, gave me a full break down of costs, options for payments, and even offered me biscuits. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.

Great customer service, had an MOT booked in one branch but tester phoned in sick so another branch managed to fit us in before our due date. And with trains running g late the branch manager was willing to remain after hours for us to collect the car.

Outstanding service

F1 in Felixstowe have been brilliant today with the issues I have with my car. Both members of staff who dealt with me listened and took into account my circumstances which was very kind. They made suggestions which will help me sort out my car which they didn't really need to do. I've already booked my MOT and full service with them based on how I was treated today.

Amazing service today. Paul from the Felixstowe branch went above and beyond when I set my preferences for tyres. I specifically asked for tyres that were better than mid range but not quite the most expensive ones that would last a while without the deterioration I have had from the tryes I had on my car which had become cracked all the way around. I also asked if the tyres could be put on before my MOT (Booked elsewhere due to the contract agreement with my car purchase) which was only a couple of days after I went in to the branch. I got 4 new great quality tyres for a decent price and they allowed me to leave me car there until I finished work after 8pm (they close at 6). The lady that works there was also really helpful in helping to choose which tyres too. My car now feels lovely to drive and the road noise from my tyres has been dramatically reduced too. Would 100% recommend. Both times I have been in the guys there have been amazing

Felixstowe Branch.

Dec 2021, purchased new tyres from BlackCircles to be fitted at F1. F1 called and said that when fitting 2 or more tyres they suggest a tyre alignment be done. Never had problems with alignment, but thought "can't hurt" right? WRONG!

Drove out of F1, car drives straight, steering wheel is 30degrees off centre to the left.
Drove back to F1, Branch Manager apologised and said he will personally redo the job.
Drove out of F1, now its 10degrees off centre to the right!.

18 months later, both front tyres are unevenly warn on both inner and outer, and need to be replaced.

Rear tyres, replaced but NOT aligned by F1 are in great condition.

Moral of the story. DO NOT USE, F1-Felixstowe for wheel alignment. If you ever think "it can't hurt" then DON'T DO IT at F1 - Felixstowe.

I needed a new battery on Sunday morning the only place open was Formula 1 in Felixstowe.
Paul was incredible knowledgeable and helpful.
Would recommend Paul 100%.

Dissatisfied today!! Job took way longer than should .. Standard dropped today.. Customers complaining about the wait times & new customers walking out.. What’s going on ??

We got our new Michelin tyres at a great price. We were very pleased with the service from Formula 1. From the easy to use website, booking, the way the work was carried out and the communication during our visit. The work took longer than we expected but we were informed of progress throughout and the end result was worth the wait. The staff were friendly and thorough.

Superb service from Paul and the team. My car failed its MOT and he explained very clearly what was necessary, tried to help me when I said it was financially troublesome. Generally excellent service.

Took my car to Formula One Auto Centre in Felixstowe a couple of weeks ago. Had a bad rattle under the car, they took the car in immediately, found the problem (the heat shield on the exhaust) fixed it with no charge.

Excellent service and professionalism from the staff. Guess who's doing my car servicing and maintenance from now on!
