The salespeople in the shop were attentive and gave honest advice, based on long experience. The selection of furniture is extensive with an accent on quality, taste and understatement. The delivery crew were built like rugby players. They installed our new furniture with energy and care.

In store experience warrants 5 stars, served by knowledgeable staff, offered plenty of choice and time for making an expensive purchase on 19/6. ETA 7-9 wks, to be advised by *warehouse, whom I phoned on 24/8. Item yet to arrive, delivery would then be another week, Disappointed but acceptive. 25/8 *different staff member advised of its arrival, delivery then discussed (NO reference by me to previous day call), perchance a slot offered the following morning. Happily accepted first drop off, given my busy schedule. Pleased with purchases!
