Friendly and helpful sales staff, especially Libby!
Quality products: expensive, but 'you get what you pay for'. Very happy with new sofas and chair. Comfortable and good lumbar support. Products will last a lifetime!
Delivery staff very professional and are mindful about your carpets/flooring/walls when bringing in and setting up big furniture.

Too chatty
Sales person helpful could have been more business-like. Far too chatty and so the viewing took longer than it need have. I could easily have walked out.

I went to Fairway Furniture to browse…
I went to Fairway Furniture to browse around. Andrea spoke to me to see if she could help me. We spoke about my needs for a new sofa. Andrea showed me around & explained about the different sofas the choice of materials and colours. Andrea was very helpful but not pushy. I went away to think about it.
I went back to the store a few days later & bought a three seater sofa. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but it was worth it.
It's lovely & comfy & well made.
I live in an road that only small vehicles can enter so it was a special delivery in a small van. I also have a spiral staircase to contend with going down to my front door.
The delivery guys turned up on time & coped well without complaining.
Everyone that I dealt with were professional & friendly.
I would have no reservations about recommending Fairway Furniture.

Quality and Professionalism
Assistance as to the type of chair we were looking for was very helpful and professional. We were shown several items that were suitable but without any pressure, we were also given a swatch of the leather we chose to ensure it was comparable to the the rest of our furniture. We have used Fairway Furniture on many occasions over the past 30 years and have always found them helpful .
