Top quality service.
I purchased a Swivel Recliner Chair and Stool Set. The team in store were helpful without being pushy. The two gentlemen who delivered the chair were so wonderfully helpful that I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They carried it all the way from the communal carpark, up the narrow stairs to my flat and put it exactly where I wanted it in my lounge. They checked the chair and found that some parts needed tightening, which they did. They made sure that everything was in top condition and then even took my old swivel chair away.

The two guys who delivered the new mattress were both very efficient and polite, and were away in about fifteen minutes with all the wrapping and old mattress.

Member of staff,Tom friendly and helpful giving us space and time to reach a decision. We were kept fully informed at each stage to delivery which was not at all intrusive. Throughout all the staff have been approachable and courteous making our experience trouble free.
