Myself and my wife decided to move house, for the first time in nearly 20 years. We decided to purchase a new build property, selling our property by part exchange. We were then were recommended to use Fairweather Law, where we had Trent Hobden and his team provide our legal assistance. I have to say, from my view the process went very smoothly, documents sent through promptly and in advance, any queries I had were answered(to be fair I didn’t have too many), I would certainly recommend using these guys, especially as they are experts in the new build property buying process.

Thanks to Trent and Karen for keeping me well informed throughout the process and replying to queries very quickly. Very good communication throughout and easy to phone up and ask questions as well.
