Just started FPL
I only joined early new year, I’m still getting used to the website and all it has to offer, but i find it the most useful of all the subscription based websites.
I appreciate the Elite managers are busy with life outside of FPL, but maybe it would be good if they could update their thoughts a bit sooner sometimes- that would be my only criticism.
I will def be renewing for the start of next season.

We did investigate this using the email address and payment details provided to us. From our side, we were only able to verify one Fantasy Football Fix subscription payment and one active subscription under that email address.
We were also sent a screenshot showing a separate Apple charge, but this did not contain enough identifiable information for us to confirm that it was a second Fantasy Football Fix subscription payment.

not a great product, fancy as the way it looks , however not that much helpfiul when it makes recommendation, actually never helped me jump the rank, almost all moves are quite obvious.

It sounds like you’ve mainly been using the Assistant Manager tool. Often in FPL the “obvious” move can actually be the optimal one based on projected data — but if you're looking for something more differential or bespoke, there are several ways you can customise the recommendations.
Within the Algorithm Customisation tab, you can adjust settings such as:
Basing recommendations on Top 1K ownership
Prioritising expected data over projected points (or vice versa)
Increasing or decreasing the Gameweek horizon
Excluding specific players to generate alternative suggestions
These changes can significantly alter the outputs and tailor the strategy more to your playing style.
It’s also worth mentioning that Assistant Manager is just one of over 20 tools available on the site. Many members combine it with:
Elite XI: Team Reveal – follow multiple multi–Top 10K managers and see their transfers, captaincy and chip plans
Opta Stats Sandbox – access 270+ Opta statistics to uncover differentials

I cancelled this subscription last…
I cancelled this subscription last year, and also left a review stating that I had struggled to cancel it, roll on a year later and they are trying to take monies from my bank again, I have emailed on the 16th of October, I have had a response asking to confirm my details, which I have responded to, but still no joy.
There is no option to cancel on there website, Only email, which they deliberately ignore so they can continue to take money from your bank.

I signed up for the trial but was unable to use it. Now I’m about to be charged for an annual subscription for £47.40, and I cannot cancel it despite trying. I have also reached out to support more than 12 day but have not received any response.

Stop posting that we should contact support if you are not going to respond at all. This website deliberately hides the cancel subscription button in order to scam money from you.

Waste of money.
This is my second year with Football Fantasy Fix and I honestly regret sticking with it. Following an expert team is basically impossible. Transfers are made at the very last minute, and notifications don’t come through until after the deadlines have passed — completely useless. By then, team values have jumped and you can’t get the same players as the experts. The whole point of the service is supposed to be making expert strategies easy to follow, but instead it’s chaotic, unreliable, and frustrating. Two years on and nothing has improved.

The vast majority of Elite XI: Team Reveal updates are made in good time, giving users the opportunity to act on them. However, there are occasional exceptions when late team news breaks, which can lead to managers making last-minute changes.
We recommend enabling push notifications, as these are faster than email alerts and ensure you get updates as quickly as possible.

Main tool isn’t working right now, but support is good once you can get it
I’ve subscribed to Fantasy Football Fix the last few years as their FPL Plus Chrome extension is excellent. This year however, it didn’t work with my laptop and despite submitting several tickets and getting a response to say someone would contact me within 48 hours, I got zero support, zero contact and zero refund of my annual subscription.
However, after submitting a critical review on Trustpilot, support got in touch to explain that updates to the FPL site this year has meant the tool isn’t working, but they’re working on it. By way of apology, they refunded my subscription but didn’t cancel my access, which is more than generous.
Hopefully the tool will be back working soon and I advised them to flag that it’s not working at the time of writing this update.

Funny how you still haven't explained where this button is on the website. I was logged in on the paying account.
The button isn't on the premium page. You have option to manage the subscription, but this only means change plan, not cancel it.

A very amateur site with misguided…
A very amateur site with misguided supposed AI that does not work, the app is very buggy, and premium features rarley fucntion as they are suppose to. Overall you are better off creating a simple algorhythm using bits of paper, or even guess work to arrive at the same solution.... rubbish!

Impossible to cancel
For the third year after attempting to cancel I have been billed by this company. They aren't interested in refunding or resolving the situation.
They spam you with emails about re-joining after you have left, then charge you anyway.
It's very difficult to log on if you've forgotten your password. The 'magic link' doesn't work.
Their customer service department aren't interested in helping.

I have been a Lifetime subscriber to fix from one of their first seasons in the game. It has been great to see the business and what they offer growing every season. You can tell they listen to customer feedback and try to bring new tools to accommodate their needs. I’d recommend everyone to check out some of the free tools and see how they get on, but for me they have offered great value for money. Keep up the great work guys.
