Quality products and excellent service.
I have been using Fennel & Ginger to buy top quality products for several years. I have never been disappointed by my purchases or with the service. Through Fennel & Ginger I am able to obtain products that are superior and often unavailable in supermarkets.
The website is very informative and checkout is quick and easy. Delivery has always been very fast and everything I have ordered has been correct and packaged well.
I highly recommend this company.

Thank you for your review and apologies that you were not happy with the service you received.
We can see that you reported that some of the items were damaged on Friday morning and that our team requested an image showing the damages.
We can also see that you were unable to email the images so we suggested you upload them via the chat on our website and once we received the images on Friday afternoon we processed a refund straight away for the damaged items.
We are are disappointed that you feel that this process was a hassle, however your comments will be shared with the team members responsible for processing your order.

HHighly Delighted Customer Website was easy to find and displayed…
Website was easy to find and displayed a wide range of products. I found what I was looking for and the price and postage were very competitive. The ordering and payment system was straightforward and easy to complete. I received my parcel of mayonnaise, carefully packed, within days. I will certainly be back for more.
