Too dry and crumbly …
Although cakes arrived in time they were unable to be served at the party because they were so dry and crumbly they could not be sliced. Very disappointing.

Parcel arrived in stated time
Parcel arrived in stated time, but sadly one item had somehow, but unfortunately, arrived damaged but to be fair, after a quick email and photographic evidence being sent, I am happy to report I have been fully compensated all in a short space of time.Thanks all round.

Broken goods, no response from F&G.
Made my first order from here to get a couple of small gifts. The box was left on my doorstep, opened, half the inside packaging to protect the goods was missing and some of the contents were broken. Unsure if poorly packed or opened by the courier but no response from Fennel & Ginger customer services either way.

Fennel and ginger. Authentic chasseur sauce.
Easy ordering, very fast delivery and a lovely product. I have not been able to find thus product locally so went on their website. I ordered on Friday and was amazed when it arrived Saturday lunchtime. I will be ordering again and highly recommend this company.
