Terrible customer service, SCAM
I ordered six packets of these sauces two months ago. After adding the first to my meal and tasting it was sour I decided to check the others. I opened the second and smelling it alone made me sick. Looking at the other four packets you can see what can only be described as white flakes in the sauce which itself is yellower than should be and obviously have been left out in the sun/manufacturing issue. I contacted the company for help and requested a refund or replacement which they say they couldn’t do until they had completed their ‘investigation’. After their investigation was complete they suggested it was a personal taste issue and that they couldn’t refund me however I could return the last 3 unopened sauces for a refund. Thankfully I’ve held onto them in case of this but they refuse to refund me for the other 3 sauces which had to be thrown in the bin. I’ve had these sauces before from elsewhere so their suggestion that it was a ‘personal taste’ issue is ridiculous and unprofessional. I am appalled by their customer service and will not buy from here again. Two months of waiting and £30 down the drain.

I can see that we initiated full product investigation with the producer, which did not pick up any quality issues with the retained samples.
I can also see that my colleague has already contacted you this morning and has arranged for 6 new pouches of sauce to be sent to you direct from the producer as a replacement.

Great products, quick delivery

The Welsh honey butter was delicious especially on waffles or toast. The products I received in the love food hate waste box were good value and a pleasant surprise.
A very good experience, will be ordering again.

Simplicity is clearly the key when it comes to ordering certain shopping goods. It was easy and clear to order (biscuits, ketchup and mayo in this case) which were despatched promptly. Good communication followed and prompt delivery - straightforward and simple - just the service I want!

This company has an excellent range at…
This company has an excellent range at good prices.
However, I am not happy with the packaging. Despite an earlier complaint, some boxes are shipped out using "eco -friendly" cellulose s-shapes. While these are of course biodegradable, I, and probably many other customers, have no access to a compost heap.
In this situation, these shapes are very eco- unfriendly and are very difficult to dispose of. They blow around very easily and are very difficult to compress unless you spend a long time soaking them in water.
Please stop using this customer- hostile packaging!

We have tried numerous packaging options to overcome this issue and have found that the 100% compostable and 100% biodegradable maize-starch packing chips we currently use are by far the best option we have found both for the environment and for reducing the number of damages to our orders.
We will of course continue to monitor this and should an alternative sustainable product which is also effective in limiting damages (especially to glass) become available, we would not hesitate to give it a try.
Wonderful service
Wonderful service, can't believe how quick my order came and it was very securely packaged as there were 4 small glass jars. I'm definitely using Fennel & Ginger again and definitely recommend to others.
