STAY AWAY from this "so called" company! They shouldn't even have one lousy star but I had to give one in order to post this. Never received what I ordered(almost 2 months ago) so I tried to contact via email and never got a reply. I finally went through PayPal and with the PayPal order info I had saved, they sent me an email today saying that my money is to be refunded back to my credit card. Please note, you have to first reach out to findmenhair and if you don't get a response from them you can file a complaint with PayPal to get your money back!

I can not recommend this company to any buyer. I made an order for $ 259. At first, I did not even receive a confirmation of my order. I have written countless emails and never received an answer let alone ever received the article. That's pure scam!

I ordered a topper and after a few weeks emailed over and over again. Finally someone got back to me and said it was defective and would take another two weeks. I waited and got nothing so I went on a rampage! I bombarded them with tons of emails over and over and over. When that didn't work I looked up where they were located and found out what police stations were nearby. I sent them another email with all the phone numbers from the police and told them that if my $230.00 wasn't put back in my account by the next day that I would bug the cops just as much as I bugged them... guess what? That's right, the very next day I got a credit from them! Those thieves never planned on sending me anything but they messed with the wrong person!!

I have ordered a hair topper on Oct 18, 2018, and received it on Nov 24, 2018 (delivery was to US).hair same natural and I customized made bangs. Love this natural and I have almost hair on top. Am a new person after installed. Was customer and recommend.

Campany takes your money & never delivers products they send you 1 email saying your product will be delivered in 2 weeks then you never hear from them again buyer be rare this company is a scam

Lost my money too. Never received my product. Scam. They emailed saying it will be deliver in 2 weeks. Over 2 months still nothing. I'm so mad. $140 gone. Down the toilet. Never again. Please don't use this company.

Unit with 4 to 5 week lead time not delivered after 3 months. They say they lost it. Refund requested in line with their own policy, not received. Company did not want to co-operate once refund was requested, escalated thru Paypal Resolution Centre. Due to exchange rate differences between date of payment and refund (more than 3 months), I lost over £20 in shortfall.
I placed my trust in a company that did not seem to have any negative reviews (or, in fact, ANY reviews). They held on to my money for as long as possible, and I received a refund worth less that my original payment in GBP. I will never use this company again, and would urge others to consider the possibility that this could happen to them also. This is a genuine report - I have all relevant comms and transaction evidence as proof. Come on 'findmenhair', do you want to compensate me for my losses?
